    摘要: An ethylene polymer, which is an ethylene homopolymer or a copolymer of ethylene and an .alpha.-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, having the following properties:(1) the melt index (MI) at a temperature of 190.degree. C. under a load of 21.6 kg is in the range of 0.1 to 100 g/10 min;(2) the density is in the range of 0.935 to 0.975 g/cm.sup.3 ; and(3) the characteristic value of biaxial extensional flow, .lambda.MAX (.lambda.MAX herein is an index of the extension ratio at which the nominal stress is maximum, provided that the extension ratio is in the range of 1 to 3, experimentally obtainable by a biaxial extensional flow test carried out at 190.degree. C. at a constant strain rate d.epsilon./dt of 0.05 s.sup.-1), is at least 1.6.

    摘要: The present invention relates to ionizing radiation-crosslinking PBT resin pellets having a high reflow resistance and a high mechanical strength which are suitable for lead-free soldering.In the present invention, there is provided an ionizing radiation-crosslinking polybutylene terephthalate resin pellets comprising a crosslinking agent capable of acting upon exposure to an ionizing radiation,a content of the crosslinking agent in the resin pellets being 1 to 25 parts by weight on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the polybutylene terephthalate resin, anda content of an unreacted component in the crosslinking agent being not less than 75% by weight on the basis of the weight of the crosslinking agent.

    摘要: This invention provides a resin extrusion die capable of suppressing die drool generation and contamination of a resin molded form with generated die drool serving as foreign substances. The resin extrusion die includes a cap through which a molten resin is extruded, and a cover that includes a gas outlet for forming a gap around the tip of a discharge nozzle and covers at least part of the cap so as to form a space between the cap and the gas outlet. The gas outlet forms, around the tip of the discharge nozzle, the gap whose maximum width/minimum width ranges from 1.05 to 2.0, thereby changing a gas supplied into the cover and flowing out of the gap to a turbulent flow.
