摘要: The present invention provides a transmission medium for ultrasonic diagnosis which comprises a hydrocarbon compound, and/or an ether or ester compound each having a cyclic structure, and has a viscosity of at least 1000 mPa·s at a working temperature. The transmission medium for ultrasonic diagnosis according to the present invention is free from hygroscopicity causing rust generation in a test specimen and worsening the transmission characteristics during use, can impart adhesiveness to a solid within a short period of time, and is particularly excellent in transverse ultrasonic wave transmission, even in a non-contact state in which the test specimen is immersed.

摘要: An apparatus for welding a projection bolt includes a control unit which outputs an actuating signal for an advancing pressurizing means in response to at least a signal indicating completion of insertion of the projection bolt into a receiving hole and a signal indicating completion of movement of a steel plate part. Electrodes are provided for welding the projection bolt, and advancement of the electrodes from a retracted state is started in response to the actuating signal.

摘要: Provided are a welding method and a welding apparatus capable of appropriately starting the advancement of an electrode based on the positioning of a welding point on a steel plate part to which a projection bolt is to be welded and on the state of completion of feeding of the projection bolt to the electrode.A bolt (10) held by a feed rod (17) is inserted into a receiving hole (20) of an electrode (6), and an air blast is applied from a holding head (18) to complete the insertion of the bolt into the receiving hole (20). Then, the feed rod (17) is retracted. Subsequently, the electrode (6) is advanced to weld the bolt to a steel plate part (30) by electric resistance welding. In this case, the electrode (6) is advanced toward the steel plate part (30) in response to a signal generated upon insertion of the bolt and a signal generated after a welding point on the steel plate part (30) is adjusted. Subsequently, pressurization and energization are carried out.

摘要: A method of welding a shaft-like part to a stack of steel sheets is disclosed in which the saft-like part is composed of a stem portion (2), a flange (3) integrally formed on the stem portion (2), and a projection (4) disposed at the center of the flange (3) and smaller in diameter than the flange (3). The method comprises the steps of inserting the shaft-like part (1) at its stem portion (2) into a holding hole (8) in a movable electrode (6), stacking a plurality of steel sheets (10 and 11) so as to keep the stack in contact with a fixed electrode (12), advancing the movable electrode (6) to press the projection (4) against the steel sheet (10) so as to reduce the thickness of at least the steel sheet (10) pressed by the projection (4), and passing a welding current between the two electrodes (6 and 12) so that the welding of the shaft-like part (1) and the integration of a plurality of steel sheets (10 and 11) are reliably achieved.

摘要: A projection portion is formed on a distal end surface of a supply rod with which a surface of a flange is to be brought into close contact. A circular-arc receiving surface fitting an outer peripheral portion is formed at a boundary portion between the distal end surface and the projection portion. One side of the circular-arc receiving surface is continuous with the distal end surface, and another side of the circular-arc receiving surface is continuous with a regulation inner surface formed on the projection portion in a state of being opposed to the distal end surface. With this, a receiving groove is formed, and a control gap is defined between the regulation inner surface and the flange. The close contact of the surface with the distal end surface is achieved with a magnet of an advancing/retreating type provided in the supply rod.
