The label is flexible, can form a pattern according to circumstances, and can fix onto an article by a low-temperature heating, a pattern having excellent opacifying strength or reflectivity, weather resistance, heat resistance, resistance to chemicals, and the like.

Further, a novel label is provided, having a transfer pattern made of an ink containing an inorganic colorant formed on the ink-receptive layer of the pattern-forming sheet.
