摘要: An optical disk is provided which comprises two sheets of substrates; or two sheets of substrate and a reinforcing plate or a reinforcing rim; or one sheet of substrate and a reinforcing plate; which are bonded to form an integrated body having a spacer interposed therebetween, said spacer being made of elastomeric foam having a specific gravity of not more than 1.5 and an expansion ratio of not less than 1.5 as the material of the said spacer. This optical disk has a high adaptability of the drive and exhibits a high reliability, i.e. excellent vibration restricting performance, thereby being possible to provide a stable and highly accurate information processing.

摘要: A plastic pallet comprises a pair of deck boards opposed to each other in parallel with each other, a pair of outer girder portions respectively disposed at a pair of opposite side portions of the deck boards, an inner girder portion placed midway between the outer girder portions, and a plurality of reinforcement ribs disposed on respective inner surfaces of said deck boards. Each of the outer girder portions includes a side wall and a first partition wall disposed between the deck boards. The inner girder portion includes a pair of second partition walls which are disposed in parallel with each other with a predetermined distance. The reinforcement ribs existing within a range of a distance extending inward and outward from the first partition wall have a total weight greater than the total weight of the reinforcement ribs existing within a range of the distance extending outward and inward from the second partition wall. With this arrangement, a region around the partition wall of the outer girder portion to be particularly reinforced can be effectively reinforced without wastefully increasing the weight of the pallet.

摘要: A slag disposal method for disposing of slags produced in furnaces during iron or steel making processes comprises employing the steps of magnetic sorting of masses of crude slags of a size greater than a value ranging between 300 to 500 mm obtained from the furnaces into slags rich in iron (above about 50 to 60 percent) and slags not rich in iron (below about 50 to 60 percent) and then applying a compressive force to the slags rich in iron to cause a coarse crushing and/or deformation to reduce the size and at the same time increase the iron content due to the breaking and separation of the slags from the metal. Further magnetic sorting and sieving after griding are provided to obtain concentrates having high iron content and to improve recovery efficiency.

摘要: A control method for crushing massive furnace slag using a swingable type crushing apparatus in which a crushing clearance is increased or decreased in a stepwise manner by a hydraulic mechanism depending on crushing conditions of the massive furnace slag, which may be blast furnace slag, convertor slag, and electric furnace slag. A hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic mechanism is detected as a variable of the crushing conditions and is compared with a set value so as to adjust the crushing clearance.
