摘要: A system for authorization level verification includes a host computer having a processor and a memory. The processor and memory are configured to operate a multi-user CAx environment. The host computer further includes an authorization level module and an authorization level adjustment module. The host computer is configured to communicate with a plurality of local computers. Each of the local computers are configured to operate a local CAx environment of the multi-user CAx environment. A data storage element is in communication with the host computer and is configured to store a part file compatible with the multi-user CAx environment. The authorization level module is configured to facilitate a user login from one or more of the plurality of local computers.

摘要: A method for assembling a section of a gas turbine engine is disclosed. The method involves aligning a vane ring with a first rotor hub such that a row of vanes on the vane ring is adjacent a first row of blades of the first rotor hub, and aligning a second rotor hub with the vane ring such that a second row of blades of the second rotor hub is adjacent the row of vanes and the row of vanes is axially between the first row of blades and the second row of blades. The first hub and the second hub are then non-mechanically bonded together.

The parts include a polymeric substrate plated with one or more metal layers. The polymeric material of the polymeric substrate may be structurally reinforced with materials that may include carbon, metal, or glass. The polymeric substrate may also include a plurality of layers to form a composite layup structure.

摘要: A gas turbine engine inlet door control system includes an actuator, an engine controller and a door controller. The actuator opens and closes an inlet door of a gas turbine engine. The engine controller determines an intermediate door position based upon one or more engine start factors. The door controller operates the actuator to open the inlet door to the intermediate door position based on the one or more engine start factors.
