Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing aqueous furnish to be used in paper product manufacturing. The present application also relates to a medical product comprising a supporting layer and an absorbent layer, wherein the supporting layer comprises a nonwoven fabric, and the absorbent layer comprises unpressed nanofibrillar cellulose having an average fibril diameter of 200 nm or less, wherein the absorbent layer is coating the supporting layer.
