    摘要: A compound having the formula Ir(LA)n(LB)3−n, having the structure Formula I, is disclosed. In Formula I, each of Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4 is CR2; X is O, S, or Se; n is an integer from 1 to 3; R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 each independently represent mono- to a maximum possible number of substitutions, or no substitution; R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are each independently selected from a variety of substituents; any two substitutions in R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are optionally joined to form a ring; at least one pair of substitutions in R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are joined together to form a bridge structure comprising a backbone structure that forms a fused first ring, which can be further substituted; and the backbone structure is saturated. Organic light emitting devices and consumer products containing the compounds are also disclosed.

    摘要: A first method comprises providing a plurality of organic light emitting devices (OLEDs) on a first substrate. Each of the OLEDs includes a transmissive top electrode. The plurality of OLEDs includes a first portion of OLEDs and a second portion of OLEDs that is different from the first portion. The first method further includes depositing a first capping layer over at least the first portion of the plurality of OLEDs such that the first capping layer is optically coupled to at least the first portion of the plurality of OLEDs. A second capping layer is deposited over at least the second portion of the plurality of OLEDs such that the second capping layer is optically coupled to the second portion of the plurality of OLEDs but not the first portion of the plurality of OLEDs.

    摘要: Provided is an organic light emitting device (OLED) comprising: an anode; a cathode; and an emissive region disposed between the anode and the cathode; wherein the emissive region comprises: a compound S1; a compound A1; a compound S2; and a compound A2; wherein the compound S1 is a sensitizer that transfers energy to the compound A1; and the compound S2 is a sensitizer that transfers energy to the compound A2; wherein each of the compound A1 and A2 is independently an acceptor that is an emitter; wherein the compound S1 can be same or different from the compound S2; wherein the compound A1 can be same or different from the compound A2; and wherein at least one of the following conditions is true: (1) the compound S1 is different from the compound S2; (2) the compound A1 is different from the compound A2. Also provided are related formulations, related premixed co-evaporation sources, related consumer products and related method of making those OLED devices.
