    摘要： A multi-functional display device and method for displaying content on the same are disclosed herein. The method may include displaying broadcast content on a first multi-functional display device, transmitting a request to display the content on a second multi-functional display device. The second multi-functional display device may accept the request and display the content on the second multi-functional display device. The first and second multi-functional display devices may display the content at the same time. The first multi-functional display device may be associated with a first social network service (SNS) account of a first individual and the second multi-functional display device may be associated with a second SNS account of a second individual. The request to concurrently view the content may be generated using account information of the SNS accounts.

The system includes a digital display shelf being provided with a recognition unit configured to recognize a product displayed on the shelf and an output unit configured to output information on the recognized product, a digital signage display configured to output data respective to the recognized product, and a managing system configured to communicate with the digital display shelf and the digital signage display so as to transmit control data and to receive processing data. Herein, the data respective to the recognized product may include at least one of audio data, video data, and text data configured to advertise and promote the corresponding product. And, the managing system may include a database related to the data respective to the recognized product.

The multi-functional display device and method provides access to human channel services, such as social network services (SNS), on a designated channel on the display device. The method may include assigning channels for a multi-functional display device including assigning a first channel number to at least one broadcast channel, and assigning a second channel number to at least one social network service (SNS) account of one of a first individual and at least one second individual associated with the first individual. The method may include displaying a list of individuals with channel numbers on a display of the multi-functional display device in a social network service (SNS) channel mode, selecting one of the individuals on the list, and displaying information related to the individual or communicating with the selected individual using a SNS account.
