    Abstract: In some implementations, a network device may monitor a communication session associated with a user equipment and a network. The network device may determine a service-level identifier associated with a subscription of the user equipment, wherein the subscription is for a particular level of service that is to be provided by the network to the user equipment. The network device may determine that a performance metric associated with the communication session satisfies a performance threshold associated with the particular level of service. The network device may provide the service-level identifier to the user equipment based on the performance metric satisfying the performance threshold, wherein the service-level identifier enables an indication that the user equipment is receiving the particular level of service to be displayed by the user equipment.

    Abstract: A network device receives, from a user equipment (UE), a Next Generation Mobile network attach request, wherein the Next Generation Mobile network attach request includes a Voice over Long Term Evolution (VoLTE) network attach request. The network device initiates attachment procedures, in response to receipt of the Next Generation Mobile network attach request and the VoLTE network attach request, to attach the UP to the Next Generation Mobile network and to a VoLTE network, and initiates establishment of a connection between the Next Generation Mobile network and the UE.

The user device causes, based on determining that the user device is in the EN-DC area, first display of a first indicator on a display of the user device, and sends a request to the first cell for a data connection. The user device receives, from the first cell, a message that indicates a second cell will initiate the data connection via a 5G NR millimeter wave connection. The user device causes, based on the message, display of a second indicator on the display of the user device for a threshold amount of time, and then causes second display of the first indicator on the display of the user device.
