    Abstract: In some implementations, the techniques described herein relate to a system including: a base station; and a customer premises equipment (CPE) communicatively coupled to the base station via a wide area network (WAN) and to user equipment (UE) via a local area network (LAN). The CPE can transmit location requests to the UEs; receive location request responses from the UEs, wherein a given location request response in the location request responses includes a location and one or more measurement values generated by a respective UE; store the location request responses in a location database; identify highest accuracy location request responses for the UEs from the location request responses based on corresponding measurement values of the location request responses; compute a CPE location based on the highest accuracy location request responses, the CPE location including a latitude and longitude of the CPE; and transmit the CPE location to the base station.

    Abstract: In some implementations, a network device may receive an indication that a user equipment (UE) satisfied one or more conditions to obtain a temporary performance increase for wireless traffic. The network device may store information associating a wireless network subscription of the UE with the temporary performance increase based on the indication. The network device may receive a request from the UE to activate the temporary performance increase for wireless traffic associated with an application. The network device may provision a wireless network flow associated with the temporary performance increase based on the request. The network device may send information to configure one or more UE route selection policy (URSP) rules to the UE, wherein the one or more URSP rules include one or more parameters that enable the UE to route the wireless traffic associated with the application over the wireless network flow associated with the temporary performance increase.

    Abstract: In some implementations, the techniques described herein relate to a method including: monitoring, by a processor, a network to extract data packets transferred over fixed time intervals; filtering, by the processor, the extracted data packets to identify data transfers exceeding a predefined size threshold; aggregating, by the processor, the identified data transfers; computing, by the processor, a network speed value based on the aggregated data transfers; and storing, by the processor, the computed network speed value in a data storage unit; and executing a network action based on a detected degradation in the computed network speed value.
