When the service is started to be provided to the plurality of terminal devices (40) corresponding to the one group, the control unit (130) determines a resource to be allocated to the plurality of terminal devices (40) corresponding to the one group. The control unit (130) requests the cellular communication system (30) to secure the resource.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes creating an awareness module on a first near-Real-Time RAN Intelligent Controller (near-RT RIC) that controls a first domain.
