Abstract: In some implementations, a device may transmit a buffer monitoring request message, wherein the buffer monitoring request message indicates a threshold time. The device may receive a buffer monitoring response message, wherein the buffer monitoring response message indicates one or more data radio bearers (DRBs) having buffers that exceed a data threshold for a time longer than the threshold time, and wherein the buffer monitoring response message indicates respective buffer sizes. The device may receive a measurement report of a user equipment (UE) associated with a buffer size among the respective buffer sizes, wherein the measurement report is associated with secondary node (SN) candidates. The device may establish, based on the measurement report, a New Radio dual connectivity (NR-DC) for the UE by adding an SN from the SN candidates.

The device may communicate with a distributed unit or a centralized unit of the network to cause the alteration to the HARQ configuration.

Abstract: A base station may allocate wireless communication resources to configure a synthetic wireless communication signal for use as a radar signal. The synthetic wireless communication signal may be configured according to a wireless communication protocol of a wireless communication network that is associated with the base station. The base station may transmit, from an antenna and toward an area associated with the base station, the synthetic wireless communication signal. The base station may detect a reflected signal that is associated with the synthetic wireless communication signal. The base station may process the reflected signal to generate radar data; and perform an action associated with the radar data and the area.

Abstract: A device may receive network data identifying reference signal data for a radio access network (RAN), control signal data for the RAN, and network key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with the RAN, and may receive energy consumption data identifying energy consumption by the RAN. The network device may select a second user plane function for the first new flow and may create a first traffic filter for the first new flow. The network device may cause the first traffic filter to be provided to the user equipment so that first application traffic is routed, based on the first traffic filter, to the second user plane function and a first multi-access edge computing device associated with the second user plane function.

Abstract: A multi-access edge computing device may receive historical content data associated with a content application of a user equipment and may process the historical content data, with a machine learning model, to identify content to cache for the user equipment. The multi-access edge computing device may provide, to a content provider device, a request for the content to cache and may receive, from the content provider device, the content to cache based on the request for the content to cache. The multi-access edge computing device may process the content to cache, with a document object model and a browser object model, to generate intermediary content that corresponds to the content to cache. The multi-access edge computing device may store the intermediary content in a data structure associated with the multi-access edge computing device.
