    摘要: The present application discloses a BWP switching method and apparatus, and a terminal, and relates to the field of communication technologies. The BWP switching method in embodiments of the present application includes: in a case that a first preset condition is met, performing, by a terminal, a predetermined operation in a second BWP, or switching from a first BWP to the second BWP, where the first BWP is an initial BWP, and the second BWP is a separate initial BWP; and the performing a predetermined operation includes at least one of the following: receiving a system message; receiving or monitoring a paging message; receiving or monitoring an advance indication signal; performing a random access process; performing radio resource management RRM measurement; performing radio link monitoring RLM and/or beam failure detection BFD; and performing cell selection or reselection.
