    摘要: A method for preparing dehydrocavidine, dehydroapocavidine and their respective composition is provided. The composition is first prepared by isolating and purifying the quaternary ammonium alkaloid components from the medicinal plant “Yan Huang Lian” (Corydalis saxicola Bunting) through the processes of solvent extraction, water-phase organic extraction, crystallization and recrystallization, and then drying to obtain said composition containing dehydrocavidine and dehydroapocavine. When necessary, the composition or their crude extracts can be separated by chromatography to obtain dehydrocavidine or dehydroapocavidine. Dehydrocavidine, dehydroapocavidine or their respective composition can be used in manufacturing medicines for treating viral hepatitis, hepatic injury, influenza, AIDS, tumors or arrhythmia.

Cover cells of the original IC layout file or a modified file are designated, and the hierarchical file is redefined to include only those designated cover cells. Non-designated cover cells and other geometric data are flattened into the designated cover cells. The hierarchy of the modified file is then redefined to be less than or equal to the hierarchy limit of the mask writing tool.

The disclosure is easy to use and implement, and improves the reading experience.

    摘要: No effective vaccine exists for the devastating parasitic disease of Schistosomiasis. The present invention focuses on Sm-p80, a functionally important antigen of Schistosoma mansoni that plays a pivotal role in the schistosome immune evasion process. When used in a novel vaccine formulation, Sm-p80 demonstrates consistent immunogenicity, protective potential, and antifecundity effects. Two novel DNA constructs were made for immunization purposes. Sm-p80 coding sequence was cloned into VR 1020. Additionally, Sm-p80 coding sequence was cloned into pcDNA3.1 with flanking CpG motifs on each end of the Sm-p80 sequence. When used in different vaccine formulations, both of the constructs demonstrate the superior antifecundity and anti-worm effects of Sm-p80, which has great potential as an important vaccine candidate for the reduction of the morbidity associated with schistosome infection.
