    摘要: The present invention provides a method of source number estimation based on eigenspace in DOA estimation, including: (1) obtaining signals received by uniform linear array; (2) calculating a covariance matrix according to the received signals; (3) calculating a complex-valued covariance matrix or a covariance matrix after real-valued computations; (4) conducting eigendecomposition to the covariance matrix to obtain its eigenvector matrix; (5) calculating a source number decision based on the eigenvector; (6) calculating a ratio; and (7) source number estimation. The present invention can accurately estimate source number and save huge amounts of computation during signal processing in DOA estimation, and lower the cost of hardware.

    摘要: Circuits are provided for simultaneously reducing the subthreshold and gate oxide leakage power consumption in domino logic circuits. Sleep transistors and a dual threshold voltage CMOS technology may be utilized to place idle domino logic circuits into a low leakage state. The circuits may significantly lower the total leakage power as compared to the standard dual threshold voltage domino logic circuits at both the high and low die temperatures. The energy overheads of the circuit techniques may be low, justifying the activation of the proposed sleep schemes by providing net savings in total power consumption during short idle periods.

    摘要: The present invention refers to a method for controlling a resonance DC/DC converter, which adjusts an output voltage by changing a turn-on frequency of input switch devices of a resonance circuit of the converter, and extends the range of the output voltage of the resonance circuit by adjusting the duty ratio of the switch devices based on the feedback signal of the load circuit. The present invention also provides the resonance DC/DC converter structure using the controlling method. The advantage of the present invention lies in the use of two modes of frequency modulation and frequency modulation plus pulse width modulation to control the resonance DC/DC converter; the use of the frequency modulation controlling mode when the operating frequency of the power supply is low, and introducing the frequency modulation plus pulse width modulation controlling mode when the operating frequency of the power supply is too high. As a result, the problem of the resonance converter, that is, the high operating frequency and the big loss of the circuit when the circuit operates at a light load and non-load, can be solved, and thus the regulation ability for the output voltage of the resonance circuit is enormously improved, and the output range of the voltage is effectively expanded.

    摘要: Low voltage swing techniques are provided for simultaneously reducing the active and standby mode power consumption and enhancing the noise immunity in domino logic circuits. One or both the upper and lower boundaries of the voltage swing at the dynamic node may be different from the upper and lower boundaries of the voltage swing at the output node. Further, the domino logic circuit may use dual Vt thereby reducing the short-circuit current during operation. Meanwhile, full voltage swing signals may be maintained at the inputs and outputs for high speed operation. The low swing circuit techniques are provided that modify the output voltage swing of a domino gate, thereby reducing the active mode power consumption.
