A dual dial rod speed changing indicator comprises a base board, a wire hub seat, an advancing member, and a withdrawing member. The wire hub seat is acted on by a bias force and pivoted to the base board. The wire hub seat has a first ratchet tooth portion and a second ratchet tooth portion. The advancing member comprises an advancing dial rod and an advancing ratchet pawl pivoted to the dial rod. The advancing dial rod is pivoted to the base board such that the advancing dial rod meshes with the first tooth portion at the time when the advancing dial rod is exerted on by an external force, thereby actuating the wire hub seat to turn and advance. The withdrawing member comprises a locating ratchet pawl and a withdrawing dial rod, which are pivoted with the base board. The withdrawing dial rod has a locating tooth which meshes with the second tooth portion to locate the wire hub seat at the time when the withdrawing dial rod turns on the base board. The wire hub seat is acted on by the bias force to turn in reverse to withdraw.

A built-in-self-testing (BIST) circuit with digital output for phase locked loops-jitter testing and the method thereof are used to solve the problems of difficult processing and test of high frequency signals encountered during test of jitter signal of phase locked loops. The built-in-self-testing (BIST) circuit with digital output for phase locked loops-jitter testing comprises a phase locked loop unit electrically connected with a frequency divide unit. The frequency divide unit is electrically connected with a signal conversion unit. A digital computation unit is electrically connected with the signal conversion unit. A maximum hold circuit is electrically connected with the digital computation unit. After an input signal is provided to and processed by the phase locked loop unit, the maximum hold circuit outputs a self test output signal exhibiting the occurrence situation of jitter signal of the phase locked loop unit.

An IC card connector comprises an insulative housing and a plurality of contacts. A plurality of passageways is defined through the insulative housing for receiving the corresponding contacts therein. Each contact comprises a first contacting arm, a second contacting arm and a retaining portion connected between the first and second contacting arms. The first contacting arm comprises a first arcuate portion for electrically a contacting corresponding circuit of an IC card and a first connecting portion connected between the first arcuate portion and the retaining portion. The second contacting arm comprises a second arcuate portion, a soldering portion downwardly extending from the second arcuate portion, a second connecting portion extending from the retaining portion to the soldering portion, and a pair of fixing portions extending from lateral edges of the second connecting portion. In operation, after the IC card is inserted into the IC connector, the first arcuate portion is downwardly pressed to contact the second arcuate portion. The contact forms a parallel electrical connection between the IC card and the circuit board. Thus the signal transmission path is shortened and the electrical resistance of the contact in the present IC card connector is decreased.

An equivalent capacitance of the capacitance multiplier circuit is adjusted by configuring the ratio of the first resistor and the second resistor.
