    摘要: A touch panel includes a first substrate, a sensing electrode structure, a second substrate, a soft spacer layer and a shielding layer. The first substrate and the second substrate are parallel to each other, and the soft spacer layer is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate for maintaining a gap between the first substrate and the second substrate. The sensing electrode structure is disposed on the first substrate for producing a first capacitance between the sensing electrode structure and an exterior object. The shielding layer is disposed on the second substrate, electrically connected to a ground side, and used for producing a second capacitance between the shielding layer and the sensing electrode structure when the exterior object is pressed and causes the gap to vary. The quantity of variation in the first and second capacitances is used for detecting a touch-control action of the exterior object.

    摘要: A touch sensor includes a first substrate, a second substrate, an inducing electrode and an inducing switch. The second substrate is disposed opposite the first substrate. The inducing electrode is disposed on the first substrate. The inducing switch disposed on the second substrate includes a first switch electrode, a second switch electrode and an active layer, which is disposed between and contacts with the first switch electrode and the second switch electrode. The active layer and the inducing electrode face each other and are separated by a distance. When the first substrate or the second substrate is pressed so that the distance between the inducing electrode and the active layer is changed, the driven inducing electrode induces a channel, corresponding to a change of the distance, on the active layer to electrically connect the first switch electrode to the second switch electrode.

The pre-write unit is enabled in a pre-write period recording a threshold voltage of the driving transistor and the electroluminescent unit in second storage element. The threshold voltage and the data voltage, stored in the first and the second storage units, are supplied as a gate-source voltage of the driving transistor, so as to provide a compensated drive voltage, capable of compensating the variation of the threshold voltages of the driving transistor and the electroluminescent unit, driving the electroluminescent unit.

    摘要: A shift register circuit with high stability includes a plurality of stages, each including a supplementary unit for supplementing an output node with low voltage level. The present invention utilizes an output signal of the output node to feed back to a shift register circuit unit and act as a control signal. The control signal controls the shift register circuit unit, and further the output node of the shift register circuit unit is continuously supplemented with low voltage level. Thus, the shift register circuit of the present invention has the function of driving signal shift according to the necessity of active matrix liquid crystal panel. Furthermore, when an amorphous silicon thin film transistor is embodied in the shift register circuit, the present invention restrains the shift phenomena of the threshold voltage of the amorphous silicon thin film transistors and thereby increases the lifetime and stability of the shift register circuit.
