摘要： A method and system are provided for managing assets and asset support contracts for assets of a given entity. The method includes: (a) receiving information including an identification of each of a plurality of assets of the entity and one or more asset support contracts associated with each of the plurality of assets, the information including expiration dates for the asset support contracts; (b) creating an online repository containing the information, the online repository being remotely accessible by users associated with the entity through an online platform; (c) tracking the assets and associated asset support contracts to identify asset support contracts set to expire within a predetermined period of time; (d) automatically notifying the entity of expiring asset support contracts prior to expiration thereof; (e) procuring bids from one or more sellers of asset support contracts to replace or renew the expiring asset support contracts or to replace or dispose of assets covered by expiring asset support contracts; and (f) providing the bids to the entity.

摘要： An adjustable motion wheel chair having a mobility base for supporting a back panel and a seat panel. A pair of control plates are mounted to the mobility base and positioned laterally across the mobility base in spaced apart parallel relation. The back panel includes a pair of pivot pins located on opposite lateral edges of the back panel which are pivotally received by a respective control plate. A linkage member hingedly connects the seat panel to the back panel. Each control plate includes a forwardly extending stop for limiting the downward movement of a front edge of the seat panel. A latch member is attached to each control plate and is operable between a first position where the back panel is fixed in angular relation with the seat panel and a second position where the back panel is rotatable with respect to the seat panel.

摘要： A tool that mounts on a power driver or other tool for installing framing members in a building ensures proper and uniform spacing of the framing members. A support that may be a C-shaped band clamp removably attaches to the power tool. A generally tubular gauge body snap-attaches in place and a slide member disposed within the gauge body is adjustable to extend a sufficient amount so the combined length of the tubular gauge body and the extended slide member provide a proper spacing for the framing members. A slide lock for holds the slide member at the extended position. This allows the measuring and installation to be done without the installer having to set the power tool down or use a ruler or tape measure once the spacing is established.

摘要： A cradle for receiving an electronic device is capable of coupling to devices having different form factors. Multiple latches, each having a common mechanical connection mechanism to the common base, are provided for accommodating the multiple form factors. Each latch includes a clasp for coupling to the electronic device. In one embodiment, the latches include clasp arms of varying lengths to accommodate the multiple form factors. In another embodiment, the latches include geometrically dissimilar clasps for coupling to the multiple form factors. The latches are detachable from the body. When one latch is coupled to the body, the cradle is suitable for receiving an electronic device having a first form factor. When that latch is decoupled, and a second, different latch is coupled to the body, the cradle is suitable for receiving an electronic device having a second form factor. As such, a single base may be used with multiple electronic devices simply by changing latches.
