A report generation system is provided. The system comprises at least one data generator that generates data, a data store that comprises the data, a computer system, and a reporting engine. The reporting engine receives a request to generate a report from a client device, applies a first pre-established filter to the data based on credentials associated with a user of the client device to isolate a subset of the data, and applies a second pre-established filter to the subset of the data based on the credentials associated with the user of the client device to isolate a report generation set of data. The reporting engine further generates the report using the report generation set of data from the data store based on user-defined criteria and pre-established default criteria and outputs the report to the client device.

The system builds an enhancement tracking facility for the site supported by an enhancement portion of the database and coupled to the trouble reporting facility. An enhancement entry in the enhancement portion of the database is created by converting a trouble ticket entry in the trouble ticket portion of the database. The system builds a documentation facility supported by a documentation portion of the database.

Polynorbornene has been found to be an excellent binder for the preparation of solid fuel materials and solid propellants. Mixtures of polynorbornene with liquid fuel materials such as kerosene, gasoline, or the advanced missile and aircraft liquid fuels such as JP-4, JP-5, JP-9, JP-10, RJ-4, and RJ-5, for example, can contain 80% or more of the liquid fuel material and still exist in the form of a tough rubbery polymer which has excellent burning characteristics as a solid fuel for a ramjet. Many of these materials can be tailored to have heats of combustion higher than the state-of-the-art solid ramjet fuel formulations. In addition, self-sustaining gas generating compositions which can be used for such various purposes as solid propellants or gas generators for ducted rockets and the like can be fabricated by the inclusion in the polynorbornene, either alone or in conjunction with suitable liquid fuels and other additives of particulate oxidizer materials such as ammonium perchlorate or any of the other solid particulate oxidizers commonly used in the preparation of composite solid propellants. Suitable compositions can be prepared by admixture of the polynorbornene with the liquid fuel and suitable plasticizers and vulcanizing agents therefor. In the case in which a solid self-sustaining gas generating composition is to be formulated the suitable particulate oxidizing material and other solid ingredients can be mixed with the polynorbornene prior to the addition of the liquid ingredients and then curing the mixture into a tough rubbery polymeric structure. It is also possible to polymerize the norbornene monomer in situ in the presence of oxidizers, antioxidants, plasticizers, and a suitable polymerization catalyst such as ruthenium chloride.

A system for identifying a discrepancy between a quantity of equipment ordered for a project and a quantity of equipment used for the project is provided. The system includes a procurement module, an engineering planning module, and a comparison module, each stored on one or more computer readable media and executed on one or more processors. The procurement module promotes identifying equipment estimated to be needed for the project and creation of a first list of the identified equipment. The engineering planning module promotes creation of a detailed project design for the project and creation of a second list of equipment deployed for the project. The comparison module provides an integration of the procurement module with the engineering planning module and compares the first list with the second list, and creates a report that promotes identifying discrepancies between the first list and the second list.

It has been found that the following materials act as catalysts for the conversion of PETC to PETA by the ammonolysis of PETC in methanolic ammonia: (a) amine acid addition salts and quaternary ammonium halides and hydroxides, (b) tertiary amines, (c) olefin epoxides, (d) 8-hydroxyquinolines, (e) amine phenoxides, (f) quaternary hydroxyalkyl ammonium hydroxides, and (g) glycidyl halides and ethers. The preferred catalysts, according to this invention, include tetramethyl ammonium chloride, benzyl dimethylamine, dodecyl dimethylamine and 1,2-epoxy decane.

A solid rocket propellant composition comprising a major amount of ammonium perchlorate, a minor amount of aluminum powder, a minor amount of a binder, and an effective, burn rate modifying amount of Guignet's green pigment or oxidized Guignet's green. Guignet's green pigment increases the burn rate of the propellant without unacceptably increasing the pressure dependence of the burn rate.
