    摘要: The invention proposes an intermediate lever (1) for a variable valve train of an internal combustion engine, said intermediate lever (1) comprising a loading end (2) and a pivoting end (3), a cam contacting surface (4) and a support (5) for a resetting spring (6), the loading end (2) extending on a front end of the intermediate lever (1) and comprising a sliding surface (7) for making contact with a lever-type valve opener, the pivoting end (3) being designed so as to cooperate with eccentric means for effecting a change of position of the intermediate lever (1), and the cam contacting surface (4) being arranged between the loading end (2) and the pivoting end (3), wherein the intermediate lever (1) is made of a thin-walled sheet metal and is manufactured substantially by a punching plus bending method and wherein the support (5) is arranged on an upper side (8, 9) of the intermediate lever (1) in an edge region (10) adjoining the loading end (2) and has a convex portion extending towards the upper side (8, 9) for contact by a leg (11) of a torsion spring constituting the resetting spring (6), said support (5) being laterally delimited by two guide tabs (12, 13).

    摘要: A radial bearing configured as a single-row spherical roller bearing is provided that includes an inner and outer bearing ring, and rollers arranged between the bearing rings. The rollers have two side faces which are flattened symmetrically from a spherical base shape, and roll in two groove-shaped raceways which are defined by two axial rims. The width of the rollers between their side faces is at least 70% of the diameter of the spherical base shape and is greater than the distance between the axial rims. The rollers are in full linear contact with their running faces in the bearing rings at an operational pressure angle of up to 25° on both sides of the bearing longitudinal axis. The distance between radially opposite axial rims when the bearing rings are arranged eccentrically to each other is less than the diameter of the spherical base shape of the rollers.

    摘要: A radial rolling bearing, which has an outer bearing ring, an inner bearing ring, and rollers, which are arranged between the bearing rings and held at uniform distances from one another in a peripheral direction by a bearing cage in individual cage pockets. The rollers are spherical disks that have parallel lateral surfaces which are symmetrically flattened from a basic spherical shape and which roll in groove-type raceways with their faces. The raceways are incorporated into the inner face of the outer bearing ring and the outer face of the inner bearing ring. The rollers are axially guided between the bearing rings via two low-friction line contacts between lateral surfaces and the longitudinal webs of the cage pockets. The rollers are configured to have a defined degree of freedom for self-alignment to the pressure angle of the radial rolling bearing.

    摘要: The radial rolling bearing has an outer bearing ring, an inner bearing ring, and spherical rollers arranged between bearing rings. The spherical rollers have two flat side faces arranged parallel to one another. The spherical rollers are retained with uniform spacing to one another in the peripheral direction by a bearing cage. The spherical rollers have a width between their side faces of approximately 70% of the diameter of their spherical basic shape. The running faces of the rollers roll in two groove-shaped raceways which are formed in the inner side of the outer bearing ring and in the outer side of the inner bearing ring. At least one of the axial rims which delimit the groove-shaped raceways is reduced in radial height such that the radial bearing can be equipped with an increased number of spherical rollers in an axial assembly process.

    摘要: The invention relates to a radial antifriction bearing which substantially consists of an outer bearing ring and of an inner bearing ring as well as of a multitude of rollers, arranged between the bearing rings and held by a bearing cage. The rollers are configured in the form of spherical disks that each have two parallel lateral surfaces which are symmetrically flattened from a basic spherical shape. The bearing cage according to the invention is characterized by having cage pockets in which the rollers are axially guided between the bearing rings via two low-friction point contacts between the center areas of their lateral surfaces and the longitudinal webs of the cage pockets. The rollers are configured to have a defined degree of freedom for tilt movements exerted at an angle to the running direction and a defined degree of freedom for self-adjustment to the pressure angle of the radial antifriction bearing.

    摘要: In a zero-clearance radial ball bearing, two outer bearing race sections (4, 5) made by non-cutting methods together support an outer race (2) while between it and a concentric inner race (3) run bearing balls (1). Against the first bearing race section (4) bears a sleeve section (7) which circumferentially and axially surrounds the second race section (5). A spring component (10) pressing the two race section (4, 5) together acts between the sleeve section (7) and the second bearing race sections (5) in such a way that the balls (1) run with zero clearance. In order to improve the rigidity of such a radial ball bearing and especially the sleeve section (7), it is proposed that the two axial ends of the sleeve section (7) project axially beyond the balls (1). The sleeve section (7) is folded at its end away from its free end to form a radially internal cylindrical stiffening section (13) arranged concentrically with the sleeve section (7) which extends as far as the center of the balls (1) and on which bears the first bearing race section (4).
