摘要: An axially flexible drive disc of sheet-metal for vehicle propulsion includes a centrally disposed flange for attachment to the end of the drive shaft of the vehicle propulsion engine and is connected at its external circumference at a few, preferably three, fastening points, located evenly distributed around the periphery, to the input element of the adjacent gearbox. The gear box includes a hydrodynamic torque converter as the input element with the converter housing simultaneously assuming the flywheel function for the vehicle propulsion engine. In order to increase the strength of the drive disc with respect to axial fatigue loads, to smooth offset and swash and to reduce frettage corrosion at the fastening elements, the force path from the central flange connection to the radially outwardly located fastening points is given a spiral shape to assure greater bending lengths, by kidney-shaped cutouts disposed between the fastening points and the flange connection so that, as a rough approximation, T-shaped spring elements are left between neighboring cutouts.

摘要: A cast crankshaft with recesses or apertures provided in crank webs of the crankshaft and are formed in adjoining inner area of the casting material forming the main and crank pins by cores inserted therein prior to casting for the reduction of the weight and of the rotating out-of-round masses as well as of the counterweights thereof. A ratio of the smallest distance of the fillet of the crank pin from the outer surface line of the recess to the diameter of the crank pin lies between the values of 0.45 and 0.66, preferably at a ratio of about 1:2 with such distance being approximately as large as the distance between adjacent fillets at the crank and main pins from one another.

摘要: A spline shaft connection between a shaft and a hub with a large number of axially extending teeth and tooth gaps respectively counter-teeth and counter-tooth gaps which form-lockingly engage with one another, whereby a tooth flank clearance is provided between the flanks of mutually contacting teeth and counter-teeth that becomes larger in the direction of the axial extent; the teeth and counter-teeth engage into one another at least approximately uniformly without clearance at least over a small fraction of the axial extent of the spline shaft connection while the remaining part of the axial extent is constructed with a tooth flank clearance that becomes larger in the direction toward the end opposite the flow of forces; the enlargement of the tooth flank clearance thereby follows a law, pursuant to which the tooth flank clearance is a function of the axial coordinate whose first derivative is equal to zero along the axial coordinate at the location of the beginning of the clearance enlargement.
