    摘要: This disclose relates to dope for spinning lyocell including cotton linter pulp and an aqueous solution of N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO), a method for manufacturing lyocell filament fiber using the dope, lyocell filament fiber manufactured by the method, a method for manufacturing lyocell staple fiber using the dope, and lyocell staple fiber obtained by the manufacturing method. According to the present invention, fiber that exhibits a low orientation degree and fibrillation degree, and a high elongation, and thus may be applied for fiber for high grade clothing, may be provided without conducting additional processes.

    摘要: An apparatus for collecting impurities on a semiconductor wafer includes an airtight process chamber, a rotary chuck disposed in the process chamber for rotating and horizontally supporting the semiconductor wafer, a first scanning unit for forming a droplet of a first scanning solution and for scanning an upper surface of the semiconductor wafer rotated by the rotary chuck with the droplet to collect first impurities, a driving unit for tilting the rotary chuck and the semiconductor wafer supported on the rotary chuck, and a second scanning unit for receiving a second scanning solution for collecting second impurities from an edge portion of the semiconductor wafer, the second scanning solution being in contact with the edge portion of the semiconductor wafer tilted by the driving unit and rotated by the rotary chuck so that the second scanning solution scans the edge portion of the semiconductor wafer.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a lyocell fiber having superior the crystalline properties, which are measured by wet-treated and dry-treated condition under high temperature and high pressure conditions compared to measurement under standard conditions, and to a tire cord comprising the lyocell fiber. According to the present invention, the lyocell fiber has strength, elongation, and modulus that are superior to those of a conventional rayon, even when the lyocell fiber is wet- and dry-treated under high temperature and high pressure conditions by specifying water-washing conditions of a spinning machine, thereby improving dimensional stability of a tire cord when it is applied to the tire cord.
