Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for localizing a user interface of a multi-function device. The multi-function device presents the user interface having one or more pre-defined options in a default language. The method includes receiving a print job request submitted via a computing device. A language of the computing device is identified based on language settings of the computing device, the language being a local language of a user. A job ticket is generated including the local language. Thereafter, the print job request is sent along with the job ticket to the multi-function device. Based on the job request and the job ticket, the local language is retrieved. A language change option is displayed to the user to change the default language to the local language. Based on an input from the user, the default language of the user interface is changed to the local language.

Abstract: Systems and methods for secure transfer of printed documents from a print device to a user are disclosed. The systems may include a print device and a drone. The print device may also include an output tray configured to receive documents processed by the print device. The system may receive a print request from the user and determine whether the print request will result in a printed document that should be kept confidential. If printed document that should be kept confidential, the system may generate and transmit a first authentication information to the user. The system may then cause the print device to execute the print request and output the printed document to the output tray. A drone may then transfer the printed document from the print device to the user, and authenticate the user before allowing the user to access the printed document.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for printing a document having pages with different margins. The method includes receiving a document having a plurality of pages for printing, wherein the document having a combination of pages to be printed in first pre-determined sheets and second pre-determined sheets. A margin value for each page of the document is automatically identified. Based on the identification, one or more pages having margin value greater than a pre-defined margin value is automatically identified. The one or more pages with greater margin value are marked to be printed in the first pre-determined sheets and the remaining pages are marked to be printed in the second pre-determined sheets. Finally, information is sent to a printer to print the one or more pages having a greater margin value in the first pre-determined sheets and to print the remaining pages in the second pre-determined sheets.

The method includes retrieving at least one email file from at least one of an external storage device and a file location, wherein a user creates the at least one email file at a computing device; automatically filling an email content, and one or more recipients from the at least one email file in an email job; displaying, via a user interface, the email job includes the auto-filled email content including an email subject and an email body, and the one or more recipients; scanning, at least one document; automatically attaching the at least one scanned document to the email job; and sending the email job including the email content along with the at least one scanned document to the one or more recipients directly through the multi-function device.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses methods and systems for securing documents submitted for scanning at a device such as a multi-function device. The method includes scanning a document received from a user. A user interface is provided to the user to define a document type and to further define an access level for accessing the scanned document. Then, scanned data is generated. The scanned data is encoded based on a unique identity of the device and based on the access level such that the scanned data is accessible by the user and/or by one or more other users according to the defined access level. Finally, the scanned document is generated. Later when the scanned document is accessed by any user, details of the user accessing the scanned document is matched with details added in the encoded scanned data. Based on matching, the user is allowed to access the scanned document.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses methods and systems for enabling an administrator to resolve problems related to a multi-function device, via a local user interface (LUI) of the multi-function device (MFD). The method includes sending a notification message to the administrator about a problem related to a service of the MFD. The MFD receives login credentials at the LUI from the administrator to access the MFD. The MFD displays an error message about the problem to the administrator on the LUI based on the login credentials. Based on an input received from the administrator on the LUI, the MFD retrieves at least one relevant webpage corresponding to the problem and displays the at least one relevant webpage to the administrator via the LUI. The MFD receives setting inputs and updates settings on the at least one relevant webpage based on the setting inputs such that the problem is resolved.

The systems and methods include storing an electronic wallet of a user, including one or more supporting documents of the user. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for providing secure printing at a multi-function device. The method includes identifying whether a document received from a user requires secure printing. Then, the physical presence of the user and a user registered device near the multi-function device is detected. If both are present near the multi-function device, then printing of the document is initiated. Further, the presence of the user and a user registered device near the multi-function device is continuously tracked. Based on the presence of the user and the user registered device near the multi-function device, one of the following is performed—either continuing printing the document till completion and collection by the user or pausing printing the document when either the user or the user registered device is not detected near the multi-function device.
