摘要: Systems and methods may provide for using one or more generic classifiers to generate self-training data based on a first plurality of events associated with a device, and training a personal classifier based on the self-training data. Additionally, the one or more generic classifiers and the personal classifier to may be used to generate validation data based on a second plurality of events associated with the device. In one example, the personal classifier is substituted for the one or more generic classifiers if the validation data indicates that the personal classifier satisfies a confidence condition relative to the one or more generic classifiers.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to location sensing based at least on magnetic measurements within an environment. In certain aspects, the location sensing contemplates several environment and/or operational conditions of an electronic device that conducts the sensing, including soft iron variations, motion characteristic of the device, and/or the elevation of the device. In other aspects, magnetic mappings for the environment can be generated in accordance with one or more of such conditions, and accurate location sensing can be achieved based at least on such mappings and magnetic measurements at a location of the device within the environment.

摘要: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and computer-readable media related to employing adaptive multi-feature semantic location sensing methods to estimate the semantic location of a mobile device. A set of wireless data scans associated with one or more access points at one or more locations may be received. One or more features of the one or more locations may be identified, based upon the set of wireless data scans wherein the features are associated with one or more location metrics. At least one of the one or more access points may be determined to be associated with a first location based upon, at least in part, the set of wireless data scans. A first classifier for the first location may be generated based upon, at least in part, the one or more features and the associated access points.

摘要: A collocated radio coexistence method is disclosed. The method operates in the frequency domain to protect WiMAX downlink traffic from narrow band interference (e.g. harmonics) caused by other collocated radios, such as GSM 800 MHz, operating simultaneously with an 802.16-capable (WiMAX) radio in a multiple radio coexistence platform (MRP).

摘要: When retransmitting lost packets of data to multiple devices in a wireless network, the original sequence of packets containing all the lost packets may be encoded into a smaller number of packets for the retransmission. These encoded packets may be collectively addressed to all the intended receiving devices through broadcast or multicast addressing. These encoded packets may then be selectively decoded by the receiving devices, using the successfully received previous packets as part of the decoding process. Repetitive exclusive OR algorithms may be used for encoding and decoding.

An example method may include receiving, at a device, one or more signature measurements associated with an indoor environment. Additionally, the device may be associated with a user. The method may also include receiving, at the device, one or more motion tracking measurements to measure relative motion associated with the device and the user. Furthermore, the method may include associating the one or more signature measurements with one or more virtual landmarks identified within the indoor environment. The method may further include determining a location of the user based on the one or more signature measurements, the one or more motion tracking measurements, and the one or more virtual landmarks.
