摘要: A method, in a network in which a handover of a wireless device occurs, the User Equipment (UE) moving from a source cell to a target cell, is provided. The method comprises at least: (at the source cell) determining a sequence number (SN) related to a data packet; forwarding at the RLC layer data packets to the target cell, the data packets being previously sent to the UE but unacknowledged by the UE and having SNs inferior to the determined sequence number; and sending the determined SN to the target cell. The method further comprises (at the target cell) sending a first data packet with the determined SN to the wireless device; the determined SN being a demarcation line for using different encryption keys. The UE will decrypt the received data packets having SNs inferior to the determined SN using an encryption key from the source cell; and decrypt received packets having SNs superior to the determined SN using an encryption key from the target cell.

摘要: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus may be a UE that performs a PTT/PTX call setup for communication via MBMS. In a first configuration, the UE sets up a unicast bearer with an eNB, and sends group call setup signaling to the eNB while setting up the unicast bearer. In a second configuration, the UE sets up a unicast bearer with an eNB, and receives group call setup signaling from the eNB while setting up the unicast bearer. In a third configuration, the UE receives a group page while in an RRC idle state, and receives group call setup signaling based on information in the group page.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a biodegradable system for the controlled release of bioactive substances. This system comprises novel biodegradable and biocompatible polyphosphoesters that carry positive charges. Process for making these polyphosphoesters, compositions containing these polyphosphoesters and biologically active substances, articles and methods for delivery of drugs and genes using this system are described. A controlled gene delivery system based on these polyphosphoesters is prepared by complex coacervation of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) with polymers. The release rates can be manipulated by adjusting the charge ratios of polyphosphoesters to nucleic acids. This gene delivery system yields a higher gene expression in muscle when injected intramuscularly.

摘要: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus may be a UE. The UE determines whether the UE is located within a sub-region of an MBSFN area based on one or more parameters. The UE receives based on the determination a service over broadcast in the sub-region of the MBSFN area or over unicast outside the sub-region. In an aspect, the MBSFN area may be smaller than a unicast area. In an aspect, adaptive retransmission with a group NACK approach may be used to improve an SNR and reliability.

摘要: A network reserves a plurality of temporary mobile group identities (TMGIs). For each of the plurality of reserved TMGIs, the network establishes an evolved multimedia broadcast multicast service (eMBMS) session in at least one preconfigured multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) area. The network receives a request to form an adhoc group communications service enabler (GCSE) group including a plurality of target UEs; an assigns one of the plurality of TMGIs to the adhoc GCSE group.
