    Abstract: A data collection system including a device having a communication function and a data collection apparatus configured to collect data transmitted from the device. The data collection apparatus includes a receiver configured to receive data transmitted from the device, a data analyzer configured to acquire analyzed data by analyzing the received data according to analysis data format different for each device, a first data storage which is a non-rewritable storage, a second data storage which is storage that can be accessed faster than the first data storage and that stores a smaller amount of data than the first data storage, a data writer configured to writes and stores the data received by the receiver to the first data storage, and writes and stores the analyzed data acquired by the data analyzer to the second data storage.

    Abstract: A communication device includes a signal acquirer, a controller, and a wireless communicator. The signal acquirer has terminals for a plurality of types of interfaces for acquiring signals from an external field device. The controller acquires the signals output from the signal acquirer and performs control for externally transmitting digital data based on the signals using wireless communication. The wireless communicator externally transmits the digital data in accordance with a wireless communication scheme based on the control performed by the controller.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic flowmeter measures a flow rate of a liquid of a measurement target that flows in a magnetic field formed within a measurement pipe. The electromagnetic flowmeter includes at least one pair of detection electrodes configured to detect an electromotive force generated due to a flow of the liquid, and configured to output a flow rate signal of a magnitude of the detected electromotive force, a measurement circuit configured to supply an alternating current between the detection electrodes and an earth electrode, and a control calculator configured to control a frequency of the alternating current to be 1 kHz or more, and configured to calculate a conductivity of the liquid whose conductivity is 1 mS/cm or more based on the flow rate signal output when the alternating current flows between the detection electrodes and the earth electrode.
