摘要: In order to improve vibration absorbency and impact absorbency, the seat structure includes a swing member provided in a manner to be able to swing at least back and forth on a rear frame member positioned around the rear of a seat cushion, a pelvis supporting member connected to the swing member at the vicinity of the lower portion of the pelvis supporting member and disposed behind the pelvis of a seated person, and coil springs as an elastic member to support the pelvis supporting member biasing in the direction pushing forwards in a normal seating state. Accordingly, vibration inputted from the seat back side and as if patting on the back of the human body can be absorbed by the pelvis supporting member supported elastically. Besides, since the pelvis supporting member is connected to the rear frame member via the swing member, since pivoting movement in the back-and-forth direction of the pelvis supporting member is performed with a connecting portion of the swing member and the rear frame member as the center, and the radius of gyration is large, the vicinity of the lower portion of the pelvis supporting member never presses the pelvis.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to suppress rebound of a human body when receiving a large impact load accompanying a collision or the like. A back frame member 20 and a seat frame member 10 are individually formed by welding or caulking, and a link member 30 for connecting both is attached to the back frame member 20 and the seat frame member 10 by welding or caulking. Each of the frame members is provided with a cushioning member as a tension structure. Upon receipt of an impact vibration or an impact force at a predetermined magnitude or more, the tension of the cushioning member provided as the tension structure lowers to be able to exhibit high damping characteristics.

摘要: In order to improve seating comfort and vibration absorbency, a structure including a first torsion bar unit 70 disposed in the rear of a seat cushion, and a second torsion bar unit 80 disposed in the front of the seat cushion, and a base net 60 stretched between a rear supporting frame 74 of the first torsion bar unit 70 and a front supporting frame 84 of the second torsion bar unit 80, is provided. Owing to the elastic force of a front torsion bar 81 of the second torsion bar unit 80 positioned in the front of the seat, a sense of stroke at the time of seating is enhanced. Owing to the elastic force of a rear torsion bar 71 of the first torsion bar unit 70 positioned in the rear of the seat, similarly to the conventional structure, a load of a seated person can be sufficiently received and a stable seating comfort can be obtained. Since both the first torsion bar unit 70 and the second torsion bar unit 80 work together to dampen vibration inputted during driving, vibration absorbency is more enhanced than ever.

摘要: A flat spring member (40) mainly serving as a vibration absorptive function at a normal use is engaged with a supporting frame member (130) which displaces backward along with deformation of a seat back (20) by backward moment applied to the seat back (20), and the other end is engaged with a front edge frame (102) disposed in the vicinity of the front edge of a cushion frame. Therefore, when an impact force from front or back equal to or more than that prescribed is applied, the flat spring member (40) increases in tension by backward moment applied to the seat back (20), and serves as a function to increase again the intensity of the backward moment of the seat back (20), which was once lowered by deformation of the side frame (101) of the cushion frame.

摘要: In order to improve seating comfort and vibration absorbency, the present invention includes a front torsion bar unit 80 disposed in the front of a seat cushion, the front end of a base net 60 is connected to a supporting frame 84 of the front torsion bar unit 80, the rear end of the base net 60 is connected to a rear frame 70. Accordingly, owing to elastic force of a front torsion bar 81 of the front torsion bar unit 80 positioned in the front of the seat cushion, a sense of stroke at the time of seating is enhanced. A structure to dispose a torsion bar unit in the front as in the present invention works upon a tiny load fluctuation sensitively, and absorbency of high frequency vibration is further enhanced.

摘要: A vibration relief apparatus capable of reducing a frequency at a resonance point, to thereby reduce vibration transmissibility, resulting in improving a feeling in riding in a vehicle during traveling thereof. A suspension unit which is a vibration relief apparatus of the present invention includes coil springs and a torsion bar substantially horizontally arranged with respect to an X-link. The coil springs constitutes a first spring mechanism having negative spring characteristics and the torsion bar constitutes a second spring mechanism having positive spring characteristics. Such configuration permits a spring system constituted by the first and second spring mechanisms to have a spring constant about an equilibrium point set to be about 0. This permits a phase delay to be produced in a low-frequency region, so that the vibration relief apparatus may exhibit enhances vibration absorbing characteristics.
