摘要： The present invention provides a conductive polymer suspension for providing a conductive polymer material having high conductivity and a method for producing the same, and particularly provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR and a method for producing the same. In an emulsion comprising a dopant of a low molecular organic acid or a salt thereof, obtained by emulsifying a monomer providing a conductive polymer, using a nonionic surfactant, in a water, the monomer is subjected to chemical oxidative polymerization, using an oxidant, to synthesize a conductive polymer. The obtained conductive polymer is purified, and then, the purified conductive polymer and an oxidant are mixed in an aqueous solvent containing a polyacid component to produce a conductive polymer suspension.

摘要： This is to provide an electroconductive polymer material which has excellent adhesion to a base and excellent water resistance. Also, this is to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which has excellent water resistance by using the same. An electroconductive polymer solution according to the present invention contains an electroconductive polymer, at least one water-soluble multivalent alcohol, and at least one oxoacid having two or more hydroxy groups. Since a resin obtained by carrying out a polycondensation reaction of the water-soluble multivalent alcohol and the oxoacid has a cross-linked structure, an electroconductive polymer having lower water-absorbing property and more excellent water resistance in comparison with a resin having a linear structure can be obtained.

摘要： An electric conductive polymer suspension is produced by performing chemical oxidative polymerization of a monomer for providing an electric conductive polymer by using an oxidant in a solvent containing an organic acid or a salt thereof as a dopant to form an electric conductive polymer, recovering the electric conductive polymer, allowing an oxidant to act on the electric conductive polymer in an aqueous solvent containing a polyacid, and further mixing a dispersant with a branched structure and then pulverizing the electric conductive polymer. According to the electric conductive polymer suspension, an organic material high in conductivity, and excellent in adhesiveness to a substrate and water resistance, and a method for producing the material, as well as an electrolytic capacitor and a method for producing the capacitor can be provided.

An electroconductive polymer suspension solution of an exemplary embodiment of the invention contains an electroconductive polymer, at least one kind of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol, and at least one kind of a water-soluble organic substance having two or more functional groups which can be polycondensed with the water-soluble polyhydric alcohol. The electroconductive polymer suspension solution can be produced by collecting an electroconductive polymer which is obtained by chemical oxidative polymerization of a monomer giving the electroconductive polymer by using an oxidant in a solvent containing an organic acid or a salt thereof as a dopant, by contacting the electroconductive polymer with an oxidant in an aqueous solvent containing a polyacid, and further by mixing at least one kind of a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol and at least one kind of a water-soluble organic substance having two or more functional groups which can be polycondensed with the water-soluble polyhydric alcohol.
