摘要： A method of manufacturing a stator of a rotating electric machine includes a conductor end shaping process for shaping multiple lead wires aligned side by side in a single layer into a specific form in a plane in which the lead wires are initially aligned before a flat-patterned winding assembly configured by aligning multiple line conductors side by side and shaping the line conductors in spiral form is fitted into multiple slots formed in a flat stator core plate. The shaping process includes the steps of shaping the lead wires into bent form by using a stairstep conductor shaping jig under conditions where the lead wires are separated from one another along a direction generally perpendicular to the plane in which the lead wires are initially aligned, and causing the lead wires to return to positions in the initial alignment plane thereof by removing the stairstep conductor shaping jig.

摘要： A stator of a rotating electric machine includes a stator core, multiple pairs of coils and multiple leads. The stator core includes a laminated core assembly formed by laminating thin steel plates in a cylindrical form, the stator core having multiple slots at intervals along a circumferential direction. Each coil pair is made of two elongate conductors which are folded back outside axial end surfaces of the stator core and fitted into the slots such that the two conductors are disposed alternately in inner and outer layers in a slot depth direction at intervals of a fixed number of slots. The multiple leads for connecting the coil pairs to an external electric circuit are arranged in at least one group and the leads of the same group extend from positions of those slots which are located adjacent to one another along the circumferential direction.

摘要： A horizontal sync pulse control circuit for a video tape recorder of the type utilizing pulse code modulation in a standard format, where there is a fixed time interval between each horizontal sync pulse and the beginning of the data pulse train for the corresponding video line. Delay circuitry and associated signal process circuitry is used to monitor this time interval. When the monitored time interval between the horizontal sync pulse and the first data pulse for the corresponding line differs from the correct time interval by one bit or less, the position of the horizontal sync pulse is re-synchronized utilizing a clock locked to the video signal. When the interval between the horizontal sync pulse and the first data pulse of the corresponding line exceeds one bit, the horizontal sync pulse is blanked, so that noise which would otherwise be produced by an incorrect horizontal sync pulse is eliminated.
