摘要： A valve device includes an oil path that is formed such that a hydraulic fluid flows therethrough, a ball valve that opens and closes the oil path, and a contraction-type PVC gel actuator including a plurality of planar cathode plates, a plurality of mesh-like anode plates, and PVC gel layers. The cathode plates and the anode plates are alternately stacked one on top of the other with the PVC gel layers sandwiched therebetween. With expansion or contraction deformation of the contraction-type PVC gel actuator, the ball valve is driven so as to close or open the oil path. The cathode plates and the anode plates included in the contraction-type PVC gel actuator are interconnected using the belt-like wiring portions. Thus, an integrated unit of the plurality of cathode plates and an integrated unit of the plurality of anode plates are formed.

摘要： A method for producing a monoclonal antibody and antigen-specific antibody-producing hybridomas using a single antigen-specific B lymphocyte is provided. The method for producing antigen-specific antibody-producing hybridomas comprises selecting a single B lymphocyte reacting specifically with a certain antigen, an “antigen-specific B lymphocyte”, culturing the antigen-specific B lymphocyte selected, and fusing the cultured antigen-specific B lymphocyte with myeloma cells to obtain the hybridomas. The monoclonal antibody is produced with thus obtained hybridomas.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for preventing fogging or clouding of surfaces comprising glass, high molecular weight substance, and the like. The method comprises the steps of: (1) applying a dispersion liquid wherein a high molecular substance having a hydroxyl group is added to the surface to be treated (2) causing the substance on the surface to react while adding cyanuric chloride, (3) hydrolyzing the resultant mixture with a base, (4) neutralizing the treated surface, (5) rinsing and drying the above neutralized surface, (6) reacting a nonionic surface active agent having a fluorine group or a silicone group with a NH.sub.2 group or H group to react on the surface, (7) hydrolyzing the resultant surface and then, (8) neutralizing the surface with an acid.
