Provided are a driving motor-placement device to be used in rotating playground equipment that is superior in terms of maintenance, and rotating playground equipment. The disclosed playground equipment driving motor-placement device is characterized in that it is provided with a lower stationary component and an upper rotator; the lower stationary component is provided with a stationary plate that can be removed from the playground equipment and a shaft that stands upright on said stationary plate; the upper rotator is configured to be able to rotate around the shaft of said lower stationary component and is provided with a handle support that supports handles that users can grasp, and a driving motor support that supports the driving motor; said driving motor support is provided above the handle support; and a coupling that transmits the rotation of the driving motor to the shaft of the lower stationary component is fixed to the top of said shaft.

Play facility that lets play participants experience visual stimulation, and with which a decorative effect can be attained. The play facility includes a frame, partition members attached to the frame and forming a play space, a gas-filled transparent tubular member that is arranged within the play space at the bottom of the facility, an air-filled air mat that is enclosed by the tubular member, a pressurizing device for filling the inside of the tubular member and the air mat with air to increase their internal pressures, an air-flow generation device for causing air within the tubular member to flow in one direction, and balloons accommodated within the tubular member and caused to flow and circulate within the tubular member by the airflow generated by the airflow generation device. Play participants can step onto the tubular member or the air-mat and feel their elasticity, and by seeing the balloons flowing and circulating inside the tubular member, they can experience visual stimulation.

An amusement ride, such as a roller coaster, installed in an amusement park and the like, is adapted to allow a vehicle to travel on a track. The amusement ride has an arrangement such that the track has different track portions, and the vehicle having a passenger car and a detachable car carrier. The vehicle is adapted to be supported on the car carrier during traveling on one of the track portions, and detached from the car carrier for traveling onto another one of the track portions. During a ride, passengers on the vehicle may be seized with fear that the vehicle is out of control, thus increasing the thrill of the ride.

The present invention relates to amusement rides, such as roller coasters, installed in amusement parks and the like, which are adapted to allow a vehicle to travel on a track. The ride of the invention has an arrangement such that the track has a missing portion where the vehicle is adapted to transfer from the track on one side of the missing portion to the track on the other side. According to the invention, during the movement of the vehicle across the missing portion, passengers may be seized with the fear that the vehicle is off the track and out of control, thus increasing the thrill of the ride.

The rotating devices comprise upper rotating bodies, further comprising central gears which are positioned in the centers of bases. The rotating devices further comprise: drive motors that are capable of rotationally driving the central gears; and casters that support the upper rotating bodies. The traveling wheeled vehicle and the rotating tables are positioned in the shared space.
