    摘要: An OFDM synchronization demodulation circuit includes a recovery circuit, an orthogonal axis demodulation circuit, a first and second delay circuit, a correlation calculation circuit, a guard timing detection circuit, and an OFDM signal demodulation circuit. The receiving circuit receives an orthogonal modulated wave based on an orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) modulated signal having an available symbol period and a guard period, where the guard period of the orthogonal modulated wave is based on a part of the available symbol period. The orthogonal axes demodulation circuit demodulates an in-phase axis detection signal and an orthogonal axis detection signal for the OFDM modulated wave from the receiving circuit using orthogonal detection. The first delay circuit delays the in-phase axis detection signal by the available symbol period, and the second delay circuit delays the orthogonal axis detection signal by the available symbol period. The correlation calculation circuit calculates coefficients of the correlations of the in-phase axis detection signal and the orthogonal axis detection signal from the orthogonal demodulation circuit with the output of the first or the second delay circuits. The guard timing detection circuit detects a timing of the guard period in the demodulation outputs from the orthogonal demodulation circuit. The OFDM signal demodulation circuit demodulates the OFDM modulated signal by extracting the available symbol period signal only from the demodulated output of the orthogonal demodulation circuit using the timing signal.

    摘要: An OFDM synchronization demodulation circuit includes a receiving circuit for receiving an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) modulation signal. An orthogonal detection circuit orthogonally detects the OFDM modulation signal from the receiving circuit using a detected carrier. A demodulation circuit orthogonally demodulates the detected OFDM multiplex modulation signal from the orthogonal detection circuit by sampling the OFDM multiplex detection signal using a detected clock. A constellation analyzing circuit analyzes the constellation of demodulated symbols of predetermined carriers in the demodulated OFDM multiplex signal signal. A carrier frequency deviation detection circuit detects a frequency deviation of the detected carrier based on a rotation of the constellation of the demodulated symbol detected by the constellation analyzing circuit. A carrier detection circuit responsive to the frequency deviation detected by the carrier frequency deviation detection circuit controls the detected carrier. A clock frequency deviation detection circuit detects a frequency deviation of the detected clock based on rotations of the constellations of at least two demodulated symbols detected by the constellation analyzing circuit. A clock detection circuit controls the detected clock based on the frequency deviation detected by the clock frequency deviation detection circuit.

    摘要: A transmission system is disclosed which permits the receiving end to demodulate multi-valued modulated symbols successfully under fading conditions and reduces the amount of transmitted reference data to improve data transmission efficiency. At the transmitting end, a multiplexing section, a modulating section, and a transmitting section are provided. In transmitting an OFDM transmission frame, null symbols and reference symbols are placed in the beginning portion of the frame and QPSK symbols are placed in an information symbol data region in the frame with equal spacings in time and frequency. At the receiving end, a receiving section, a demodulation section, an equalizing section, and a demultiplexing section are provided. An error detector detects amplitude and phase errors of each carrier from the reference symbols, and a variation detector detects variations in the amplitude and phase of a received signal from the QPSK symbols. The carrier amplitude and phase errors are corrected by a correction information producing section on the amplitude and phase variations of the received signal detected by the variation detector to produce correction information. The equalizing section equalizes the demodulated symbol data according to the correction information.

    摘要: A hierarchical quadrature frequency multiplex signal transmission apparatus that produces a plurality of modulated signals in which multiple layers of hierarchical information data are associated with a plurality of hierarchically graded modulation forms. The apparatus also interleaves symbols within a frame of the hierarchical information data in both a time axis and a frequency axis. In addition, the apparatus may differentially encode one of the hierarchically graded modulation forms.     摘要: In the usage of table projection of a projection type display, depending upon a sitting position of a participant of a conference, the participant views an image projected upon a table as an inversion image turned upside down, resulting in poor visual recognition. In order to improve visual recognition, images are rotated, synthesized and displayed in accordance with the viewing direction of each participant. More specifically, the projection type display is provided with a two-image synthesizing unit for synthesizing two images obtained by processing an input image by two image rotation units for rotating the input image by a first angle and a second angle different from the first angle, into one image on a screen. The projection type display is also provided with an image rotation unit and an image inversion unit for two-image display on a screen.
