    摘要: There is provided a mounting structure of an automobile, wherein a belt line outer weather strip and a center pillar garnish is mounted on a door panel via an end cap mechanism. The center pillar garnish comprises a concave groove in a lower end portion thereof. The concave groove opens in a down ward direction. The end cap mechanism comprises a roughly U-shaped gripping groove in an upper portion thereof and a clip portion in a lower portion thereof. The gripping groove of the end cap mechanism holds a cut upper end portion of the belt line outer weather strip and an upper concave groove portion of the center pillar garnish as well as an upper pass hole portion of the center pillar portion. The clip portion is inserted into a mounting hole of the door panel.

    摘要: There is provided a mounting structure of an automobile, wherein a belt line outer weather strip and a center pillar garnish are mounted on a door panel via an end cap mechanism. The center pillar garnish comprises a concave groove in a lower end portion thereof. The concave groove opens in a down ward direction. The end cap mechanism comprises a roughly U-shaped gripping groove in an upper portion thereof and a clip portion in a lower portion thereof. The gripping groove of the end cap mechanism holds a cut upper end portion of the belt line outer weather strip and an upper concave groove portion of the center pillar garnish as well as an upper pass hole portion of the center pillar portion. The clip portion is inserted into a mounting hole of the door panel.

The glass run is mounted to a sash provided in a window frame of a door panel above a belt line; while in a lower end portion below the belt line, the glass run is fixed by welding to an attachment portion of a bracket that is held by a bolt to the door panel.

    摘要: A weather strip to be attached to sides of a foldable, detachable, movable roof of a vehicle, the weather strip composed of an extrusion portion and a mold portion. The extrusion portion has a base, a hollow seal, the hollow seal having an upper portion directing toward an outside of a vehicle so as to form a convex portion for contacting an upper portion of a door glass, a bridge portion provided in the hollow seal by halving hollow portion of the hollow seal vertically, the bridge portion being constricted at an inner intermediate portion thereof, a seal lip projecting from a lower portion of the hollow seal for elastically contacting the door glass, the seal lip directing outward of the vehicle. The mold portion has the bridge portion and the seal lip which are the same as those of the extrusion portion. Accordingly, the sealing property and external appearance of the transfer portion and the mold portion can be improved. Further, there are provided engaging portions and having first and second confronted surfaces, wherein the confronted surfaces have non-seal portions on which tapered convex and convex portions are formed, and wherein the tapered convex portion engage with the tapered concave portion. With the arrangement of the present invention, even if there is uneven fitting in the weather strip, such uneven fitting can be sufficiently absorbed, so as to maintain an excellent sealing property and sound insulation property.
