    摘要: A method and an apparatus of flexibly controlling printing speed and quality are disclosed. The method controls the inkjet printhead module under the draft print mode. According to the moving distance of the inkjet printhead module, the apparatus generates the address sequence reset signal. According to the address sequence reset signal, the apparatus outputs a plurality of address signals to the printhead. When the address sequence reset signal is enabled, the apparatus re-outputs the address signal to the printhead and transmits the primitive data to the printhead according to the sequence of the address signals.

The different record media have different load features. The system includes a transport device, a driving device, a photo encoder, a photosensor and a processor. In this invention, a dynamically set decoding window is introduced to perform the complete JPEG decoding on blocks in the decoding window and the Huffman decoding on blocks out of the decoding window. When decoding and outputting one or more columns of blocks in the decoding window is complete, the decoding window is dynamically adjusted to a next location for decoding and obtaining a next column of block or a next plurality of columns of blocks.

    摘要: A method creates printing data applied to a printer that is capable of generating different sizes of ink drops. Firstly, a halftoning threshold table is created based on all possible combinations that are determined based on the quantity of the printheads and the sizes of ink drops quantity provided by each printhead. When the image data to be printed is received, each pixel of an image will correspond to one combination based on the halftoning threshold table. The corresponding combination is deemed as a halftoning encoded data and represented by several bits. These bits can be separated into plural groups, where the bits contained in each group are for driving a specific printhead. That is to say, each printhead has its own driving data so that the printing process will have superior efficiency.
