摘要: A backlight module comprises a back plate, a first light source module, and an optical component. The optical component includes a side surface and a bottom surface perpendicularly connected to the side surface. The first light source module comprises a plurality of first LEDs disposed on the back plate and at the side surface of the optical component for emitting light at a first wavelength toward the side surface of the optical component. The light is directed in a specific direction by the optical component and then sent out from an emitting surface. The backlight module further comprises a second light source module. The second light source module comprises a plurality of second LEDs disposed near the bottom surface of the optical component for emitting light at a second wavelength toward the bottom surface of the optical component. Light produced after the light at the first wavelength mixes with the light at the second wavelength becomes white light after passing through the optical component.

摘要: The present invention provides a light-emitting diode (LED) heat-dissipation structure and a backlight module. A plurality of heat-dissipation lamp holders and at least one circuit board are disposed on an upper surface of a heat-dissipation bottom plate of the LED heat-dissipation structure. A recess is formed on a top surface of each of the heat-dissipation lamp holders, and at least one LED chip is disposed in each recess. Two lead wires are electrically connected between the LED chip and the circuit board. The heat of the LED chips is dissipated outside by the heat-dissipation lamp holders and the heat-dissipation bottom plate with being obstructed by the circuit board, thus improving the heat-dissipation efficiency and life time of the LED heat-dissipation structure.

摘要: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display (LCD) module and a front frame structure thereof. The LCD module comprises a backlight module, a liquid crystal panel and a front frame structure. The front frame structure comprises a plurality of corner frame components, and the corner frame component comprises a top portion, a first side portion and a second side portion, all of which are perpendicular to each other. Each of the corner frame components is fixed on one corner of the backlight module, so as to fix the liquid crystal panel on the backlight module. The present invention can save material and achieve the object of the compactness design, and can fit different size specifications of the LCD module.

摘要: A backlight module comprises a back plate, a first light source module, and an optical component. The optical component includes a side surface and a bottom surface perpendicularly connected to the side surface. The first light source module comprises a plurality of first LEDs disposed on the back plate and at the side surface of the optical component for emitting light at a first wavelength toward the side surface of the optical component. The light is directed in a specific direction by the optical component and then sent out from an emitting surface. The backlight module further comprises a second light source module. The second light source module comprises a plurality of second LEDs disposed near the bottom surface of the optical component for emitting light at a second wavelength toward the bottom surface of the optical component. Light produced after the light at the first wavelength mixes with the light at the second wavelength becomes white light after passing through the optical component.

摘要: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display (LCD) module and a front frame structure thereof. The LCD module comprises a backlight module, a liquid crystal panel and a front frame structure. The front frame structure comprises a plurality of corner frame components, and the corner frame component comprises a top portion, a first side portion and a second side portion, all of which are perpendicular to each other. Each of the corner frame components is fixed on one corner of the backlight module, so as to fix the liquid crystal panel on the backlight module. The present invention can save material and achieve the object of the compactness design, and can fit different size specifications of the LCD module.

摘要: The invention provides an LCD module and a frame thereof. The frame comprises a plurality of segmented pieces constituting the frame; the frame comprises a front frame, and a middle frame; the structure of the segmented piece(s) constituting the front frame is the same as that of the segmented piece(s) constituting the middle frame. Because the front frame and the middle frame of the LCD module of the invention are comprised of a plurality of segmented pieces of the same structure, the segmented pieces constituting the front frame can be superposed outside the segmented pieces constituting the middle frame, and then the front frame and middle frame of different sizes can be respectively formed. Thus, because the segmented pieces constituting the front frame and middle frame are of the same structure, the segmented pieces can be produced by only one mold, and the front frame and the middle frame can be produced just by the same mold, thereby saving the production cost. In addition, the segmented pieces can be cut only on one section without singly producing each segmented piece, thereby further reducing the production cost of LCD modules.

摘要: A backlight module capable of dynamically adjusting brightness is proposed. According to the present invention, a backlight module comprises a light guide plate for guiding light, a first light source unit, and a second light source unit. A ridge-shaped groove is disposed on the middle of the bottom surface of the light guide plate. The first light source unit and the second light source unit are respectively disposed at the opposite sides of the light guide plate. Both of the first light source unit and the second light source unit comprises at least one light source. Each of the light sources of the first light source unit is symmetrically arranged with each of the light sources of the second light source unit on a one-on-one basis. The ridge-shaped groove divides the backlight module into two independent luminance domains, each dividing into multiple subdomains. Actual luminance of each subdomain is adjustable based on its predetermined brightness and distributions, reducing power consumption and enhance an image contrast.

The liquid crystal glass panel packaging structure uses airbag cushioning bodies to serve as cushioning devices for a liquid crystal glass panel, whereby with the airbag cushioning bodies being arranged at locations corresponding to corners of the liquid crystal glass panel, better protection is provided to the liquid crystal glass panel to prevent the product from being damaged by external forces. Further, the cushioning bodies of the present invention have a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can effectively lower down the manufacturing cost.
