    摘要: An adaptive frame prediction method includes: using at least one block partition method to partition an MB that needs to perform intra-frame prediction; using at least one prediction mode to predict each sub-block in each block partition result and obtaining a sub-block residual of a current sub-block; selecting multiple transformation methods according to the sub-block type to transform each sub-block residual and obtain the code-rate distortion ratio of the current sub-block; performing frame prediction for the MB according to the block partition method, the prediction mode, and the transformation method corresponding to the code-rate distortion ratio of a minimum value among all code-rate distortion ratios. An adaptive prediction apparatus disclosed herein includes: a block partition module, a predicting module, a transforming module, a selecting module, and a frame predicting module. The method and the apparatus herein perform the intra-frame or inter-frame coding flexibly, get more adaptive to the local texture statistic features of the MBs, and improve the coding efficiency.

    摘要: A video encoding and decoding method and device and a video processing system are provided. In the encoding method and device, ordinate and abscissa position information of each block in a searching area is established by selecting an appropriate origin of coordinates of the searching area; meanwhile, an offset of a current macro block is encoded by using information of peripheral blocks of the macro block encoded currently as a context for encoding position offset information of a corresponding macro block in an adjacent view reference image of the current macro block. In the decoding method and device, position information of a corresponding macro block in a coordinate system is obtained by parsing offset information of the corresponding macro block of the current macro block, and motion information of the corresponding macro block is used as motion information of the current macro block. So the coding efficiency is increased.

    摘要: A method, an apparatus and a system for a rapid motion search applied in template matching are disclosed. The method includes: selecting motion vectors of blocks related to a current block as candidate motion vectors of the current block; after the uniqueness of a series of the candidate motion vectors of the current block is maintained, calculating the cost function of the candidate motion vectors in a corresponding template area of a reference frame, and obtaining the motion vector of the best matching template from the candidate motion vectors of the current block. In the embodiments of the present invention, there is no need to determine a large search range and no need to determine the corresponding search path template, and it is only necessary to perform a search in a smaller range.

The inter-frame prediction coding method includes: calculating distortions between a template area of current encoding block and each of M matching templates in L reference frames, to determine M offset vectors; acquiring M hypothesis prediction values of the encoding block to which the M matching templates correspond according to the determined M offset vectors, and calculating the template matching prediction value of the current encoding block according to the M hypothesis prediction values; comparing the template matching prediction value and original value of the current encoding block to acquire the residual of the current encoding block, and encoding the residual. The technical solution improves prediction performance of the video coding system and increases coding efficiency.

A generalized intent is associated with the verb and at least one object is associated with the generalized intent. The generalized intent and each object associated with the generalized intent are stored. An open-ended question is generated based on the generalized intent wherein the open-ended question is provided to the user interface for transmission as machine-generated speech. After the above steps are repeated for a number of cycles, a sequence of sentences is generated using each generalized intent and object(s) associated with the generalized intent. The sequence of sentences is transmitted as machine-generated speech from the user interface.
