摘要:
The present invention provides an apparatus for controlling hydrogen supply of a fuel cell system and a method for controlling the same. The apparatus includes a jet pump, a proportional control solenoid valve, and a controller. The jet pump is disposed at the side of an inlet of a fuel cell stack and performs supply and recirculation of hydrogen into the fuel cell stack. The proportional control solenoid valve is connected to a hydrogen supply line and fluidly communicates with a nozzle inlet of the jet pump to control the hydrogen supply to the jet pump. The controller controls an operation of the proportional control solenoid valve according to a power of the fuel cell system. Here, the controller controls the operation of the proportional control solenoid valve according to a pulse flow control method at a low power section in which a current power is lower than a predetermined reference power.

Multi-stage in-line cartridge ejectors for a fuel cell system provided herein comprise: at least one ejector main body for supplying hydrogen, each ejector main body including a plurality of nozzles arranged in line with a predetermined gap, in which the diameters of the respective nozzles become larger from an inlet side of the ejector main body toward an outlet side thereof, and a plurality of sub-inlets formed on an outer surface of the ejector main body to be connected to the gap or gaps between the nozzles; and a housing accommodating the eject main body and including a main inlet for intake of recirculated hydrogen. The multi-stage in-line cartridge ejectors can improve the system performance by increasing the amount of recirculated hydrogen. Moreover, at least one check valve is provided at an intake position of the cartridge ejectors to effectively prevent reverse flow of recirculation hydrogen gas and at least one heater is provided around the cartridge ejectors to improve cold startability.

An integrated pressure control actuator assembly of a hydrogen supply system includes: a start/stop solenoid valve, a bypass valve, and a pressure control actuator, which are integrally formed in a single body; a normal flow path formed on the body, through which hydrogen gas is transferred from the start/stop solenoid valve to the pressure control actuator; an auxiliary flow path formed on the body, through which hydrogen gas is transferred according to opening and closing of the bypass valve connected to the normal flow path; and a control means for controlling the opening and closing of the bypass valve by detecting a failure of the pressure control actuator. The assembly enables the fuel cell vehicle to be driven in a limp home mode in the event of an emergency by adjustment of the pressure of hydrogen.

A method of humidifying and cooling a fuel cell system is provided. The method of humidifying and cooling a fuel cell system includes: exhausting, by a fuel supply unit, a hydrogen gas to a reservoir in which condensed water of an anode is stored. Additionally, a hydrogen gas and condensed water are pumped and the hydrogen gas and the condensed water are exhausted to the humidifier. Additionally, compressed air of an air compressor is delivered to the humidifier heat is exchanged with compressed air in the humidifier. The hydrogen gas and compressed air in which a heat is exchanged in a humidified state is delivered to an anode and a cathode, respectively.
