摘要: An air cut-off valve module and a control method thereof is provided. The air cut-off valve module has a structure in which valve plates and driving mechanisms thereof are formed as one module, and is mounted in a stack. Thus, components related to the air cut-off valve are constructed as a compact module. Furthermore, a bypass flow path is formed to dilute exhaust gas of the stack, thereby reducing the concentration of hydrogen.

摘要: An apparatus is provided for safely discharging hydrogen permeated and leaking from a fuel tank of a fuel cell vehicle. The hydrogen exhaust apparatus for a fuel cell vehicle collects and safely processes hydrogen permeating a tank, and quantitatively detects the hydrogen transmissive amount. Thus the apparatus has improved a shape and attachment manner of a dome protector mounted in a hydrogen fuel tank. The safety aspect of hydrogen discharged to the air is improved, and an active response to various controls by quantitatively detecting the hydrogen transmissive amount is implemented.

摘要: A method of discharging water from a mobile object, which includes a fuel cell, a gas-liquid separator, and a circulation pump, comprises: an inclined state detection step of detecting an inclined state of the mobile object with respect to a horizontal plane; a scavenging start step of starting to supply scavenging gas at a predetermined first supply flow rate to a gas flow path in the fuel cell, by driving the circulation pump; and a supply flow rate increase step of increasing, when the mobile object is in a predetermined inclined state in which an outlet of the gas flow path is directed upward against a direction of gravity, a rotational speed of the circulation pump so that the supply flow rate of the scavenging gas is increased to a second supply flow rate higher than the first supply flow rate after a predetermined period from starting to supply the scavenging gas.

摘要: A piping member that is used for a moving body equipped with a fuel cell and that is configured to suppress potential troubles caused by drainage water of the fuel cell. A fuel cell vehicle includes an exhaust pipe that is a piping member configured to discharge drainage water and exhaust gas of a fuel cell. The exhaust pipe includes an extended portion, a curved portion and an opening end portion and is mounted such that the exhaust pipe opens downward on the rear side of the fuel cell vehicle. The exhaust pipe is configured such that an inner wall surface of a wall portion of the opening end portion located on the front side of the vehicle is inclined from the rear side toward the front side of the fuel cell vehicle to be extended to an opening, in the state that the exhaust pipe is mounted to the fuel cell vehicle.

摘要: An air intake structure for a fuel cell vehicle includes an air inlet port, an air passage, and a water separation passage. The air inlet port is provided in a front space of the fuel cell vehicle in which a fuel cell is accommodated. The air passage is connected to the air inlet port such that air flows from the air inlet port to the fuel cell through the air passage. The air passage has a branch point and a first minimum passage sectional area located downstream with respect to the branch point. The water separation passage has a downstream opening in the front space and extending from the branch point to the downstream opening below the air passage to separate water from the air. The water separation passage has a second minimum passage sectional area which is smaller than the first minimum passage sectional area.
