摘要: A PDP with improved durability is provided. The PDP includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing the first substrate. An electrode sheet is between the first substrate and the second substrate. The electrode sheet includes barrier ribs, a plurality of discharge cells, discharge electrodes for generating discharge in the discharge cells, and one or more through-holes. A sealant is disposed in the one or more through-holes for sealing the first substrate and the second substrate.

摘要: A plasma display panel including: a first substrate and a second substrate utilized to display images; a dielectric wall disposed between the first and second substrates and defining a plurality of discharge cells; a first discharge electrode disposed in the dielectric wall; a second discharge electrode disposed on the second substrate to cross the first discharge electrode; and a phosphor layer formed on the first substrate. Accordingly, plasma can efficiently arrive at the phosphor layer, thereby increasing discharge efficiency.

摘要: A plasma display panel includes a front substrate and a rear substrate facing each other, two or more electrode sheets having apertures or openings arranged in a uniform pattern for forming discharge spaces between the front substrate and the rear substrate, and including discharge electrodes surrounding at least a part of each of the discharge spaces and extending in one direction. Phosphor layers are located on the front substrate or the rear substrate to correspond to the discharge spaces. and a discharge gas filled in the discharge spaces, wherein projection portions are formed on side surfaces of the discharge electrodes and project into the discharge spaces.

摘要: A plasma display apparatus and manufacturing method. The plasma display apparatus includes a front substrate and a rear substrate. The rear substrate is formed of a metallic substance in which a plurality of grooves are formed on a surface facing the front substrate. An oxidation layer covers at least the surface facing the front substrate. A plurality of barrier ribs are located between the front and rear substrates and define a plurality of discharge cells corresponding to the grooves of the rear substrate. A plurality of discharge electrodes are located in the barrier ribs, surround at least portions of the discharge cells, and are separated from one another. A plurality of fluorescent substances are located in the grooves of the rear substrate. A discharge gas is filled in the discharge cells.

摘要: A plasma display panel includes a pair of substrates having a first substrate where an image is displayed and a second substrate. A barrier rib structure separates the substrates and has discharge cells within the barrier rib structure. Discharge electrode pairs are in the barrier rib structure, at least one of the discharge electrode pairs surrounding a discharge cell. A ferroelectric layer is on surfaces of the barrier rib structure forming the discharge cells. A phosphor layer is in each of the discharge cells.

摘要: A plasma display panel and a method of manufacturing the same is provided. The plasma display panel includes a front substrate and a rear substrate spaced apart from each other. A plurality of electrode sheets are stacked between the front substrate and the rear substrate, and have apertures for forming a plurality of discharge spaces. The electrode sheets include a plurality of metal discharge electrodes extending so as to surround at least a part of each of the discharge spaces arranged in a column, and are separated from each other. Insulation members are located between the metal discharge electrodes, are formed of a oxide material of the metal of the metal discharge electrodes and insulate the metal discharge electrodes.
