    摘要: Read only memory(ROM) integrated circuit devices include a ROM cell block. A plurality of virtual ground lines and bit lines are coupled to the ROM cell block. A precharge circuit, including a virtual ground line precharge controller, virtual ground line precharging unit, bit line precharge controller and bit line precharging unit, independently controls timing of precharging the virtual ground lines and the bit lines. The precharge circuit may be configured to deactivate precharging of the virtual ground lines before deactivating precharging of the bit lines. Precharging of the virtual ground lines may be deactivated substantially concurrently with activation of discharging of the virtual ground lines.

    摘要: Read only memory (ROM) integrated circuit devices include one or more storage cells. A virtual ground line and a bit line are coupled to the storage cell. A precharge circuit independently controls timing of precharging of the virtual ground line and the bit line. The precharge circuit may be configured to deactivate precharging of the virtual ground line before deactivating precharging of the bit line. Precharging of the virtual ground line may be deactivated substantially concurrently with activation of discharging of the virtual ground line.     摘要: An in-line type electron gun for a cathode ray tube includes a cathode, a control grid, a screen grid, and a main lens including a final focus electrode and an anode forming a major lens, at least one of the focus electrode and anode including a first member with three independent beam passing holes disposed at a beam passing plane thereof and a second member with a common beam passing hole disposed at a beam passing plane thereof, the beam passing planes being separated from each other by a fixed distance. According to the present invention, electron beam control errors originating from manufacturing errors can be reduced to a great degree. The electron gun of the present invention is simple and convenient to manufacture with a low product defect rate.
