摘要： A mobile display device capable of communicating with a host computer depending upon whether it is coupled with a docking station. The mobile display device includes a wired module for receiving the wired input signal applied from the docking station and converting the wired input signal into a first video signal; a wireless module for converting the wired or wireless input signal applied from the host computer into a second video signal; a display panel for reproducing the first video signal and the second video signal; and a display controller for converting the first and second video signals applied to the display panel from the wired module and the wireless module depending upon whether the mobile display device is coupled with the docking station, and applying to the display panel a control signal for turning on and off images reproduced from the display panel upon the above-described conversions.

摘要： A PIP processing system and method of a monitor coupled to a computer main body, include a mouse coupled to the computer main body outputting a mouse signal and a mouse input processing part provided in the computer main body coupled to the mouse, converting the mouse signal into a PIP screen control signal to control a PIP function, and transmitting the PIP screen control signal to the monitor. A PIP processing part supports the PIP function displaying a main picture as a full screen and a PIP screen smaller than the main picture. A micro controller controls the PIP processing part based on the PIP screen control signal transmitted from the mouse input processing part, and adjusts a size or a position of the PIP screen.

摘要： A display device for a portable terminal displays an adaptive image in accordance with a position of a user. The display device includes a display unit, a slope detection unit for detecting a slope of the display unit that is rotating in one direction among front, rear, right and left directions from its upright position, an image processing unit for processing an image to be displayed on the display unit, and a control unit for rotating the image processed by the image processing unit in accordance with the slope of the display unit detected by the slope detection unit, and displaying the rotating image on the display unit. The display device can display an image to match the viewing angle of the user in accordance with the position of the user who views the display unit, and thus the convenience of the user of the portable terminal is maximized.

摘要： Disclosed is a touch screen system and a control method therefor. The touch screen system includes a display displaying at least one working window; a touch panel outputting a predetermined signal in correspondence with a touch input on the display; a coordinate value calculation unit calculating coordinate values of the touch input based on the signal outputted from the touch panel; a coordinate value storage unit storing coordinate value information indicating active regions for active working windows; a decision unit deciding whether the calculated coordinate values exist in the active regions which the coordinate value information stored in the coordinate value storage unit indicates; and a control unit interrupting a response to the touch input if the calculated coordinate values exist outside the active regions as a result of the decision of the decision unit. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce input errors, to thereby prevent delaying desired processings.

The auto search device includes: a receiver for receiving a control message with respect to information on a channel; a text message generator capable of displaying a message; a memory for storing information on a searched channel; and a controller for controlling such that an extent of channel search completion is displayed in a text message by driving the text message generator or stored in the memory according to a result of reading the control message from the receiver. Accordingly, since the control message is processed rapidly and effectively, the time required for the auto channel operation can be reduced, and the data loss which occurs due to a wireless characteristic can be compensated.
