    摘要: A mobile display device capable of communicating with a host computer depending upon whether it is coupled with a docking station. The mobile display device includes a wired module for receiving the wired input signal applied from the docking station and converting the wired input signal into a first video signal; a wireless module for converting the wired or wireless input signal applied from the host computer into a second video signal; a display panel for reproducing the first video signal and the second video signal; and a display controller for converting the first and second video signals applied to the display panel from the wired module and the wireless module depending upon whether the mobile display device is coupled with the docking station, and applying to the display panel a control signal for turning on and off images reproduced from the display panel upon the above-described conversions.

A PIP processing part supports the PIP function displaying a main picture as a full screen and a PIP screen smaller than the main picture. A micro controller controls the PIP processing part based on the PIP screen control signal transmitted from the mouse input processing part, and adjusts a size or a position of the PIP screen.

The display device can display an image to match the viewing angle of the user in accordance with the position of the user who views the display unit, and thus the convenience of the user of the portable terminal is maximized.

The touch screen system includes a display displaying at least one working window; a touch panel outputting a predetermined signal in correspondence with a touch input on the display; a coordinate value calculation unit calculating coordinate values of the touch input based on the signal outputted from the touch panel; a coordinate value storage unit storing coordinate value information indicating active regions for active working windows; a decision unit deciding whether the calculated coordinate values exist in the active regions which the coordinate value information stored in the coordinate value storage unit indicates; and a control unit interrupting a response to the touch input if the calculated coordinate values exist outside the active regions as a result of the decision of the decision unit. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce input errors, to thereby prevent delaying desired processings.
