    摘要: In a vehicle air conditioner, a refrigerant cycle system is constructed to switch a cooling refrigerant cycle where an interior heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, and a hot gas heater cycle where the interior heat exchanger is used as a radiator. Further, it is determined whether the interior heat exchanger has a quantity of retained water in a heating mode due to the hot gas heater cycle. When it is determined that the quantity of retained water is in the interior heat exchanger in the heating mode, operation of a compressor of the refrigerant cycle system is intermittently controlled so that temperature of air blown from the interior heat exchanger becomes lower than temperature of a vehicle windshield.

A refrigerant pipe connected to an inlet side of a condenser and a refrigerant pipe connected to an outlet side of the condenser are integrated into one body. A refrigerant pipe connected to an inlet side of a decompressor and a refrigerant pipe connected to an outlet side of the temperature detecting portion are integrated into one body. In these piping structures, a double pipe structure and a double pipe joint structure are adopted in which an inner pipe for circulating high pressure fluid and an outer pipe for circulating low pressure fluid are formed separate from each other and the respective end portions of the pipes are joined to a joint member by plastically deforming the pipes.

The inner heat exchanger has a first flow passage in which high-pressure refrigerant before being decompressed flows and a second flow passage in which low-pressure refrigerant after being decompressed flows. The refrigerant cycle device includes plural low-pressure side heat exchangers, and the plural low-pressure side heat exchangers are located such that refrigerant from a part of the low-pressure side heat exchangers flows through the second flow passage of the inner heat exchanger, and refrigerant from the other part of the low-pressure side heat exchangers flows through the bypass pipe while bypassing the inner heat exchanger.

    摘要: The refrigerant cycle apparatus comprises a communication pipe 32 which is an upper refrigerant flow-in means allowing the refrigerant which has passed through a condenser 2 to flow into the upper part of a liquid receiver 31, and a communication hole 33 which is a lower refrigerant flow-in means allowing the refrigerant which has passed through the condenser 2 to flow into the lower part of the liquid receiver 31, and the flow rate (Gr1) of refrigerant flowing into the upper part of the liquid receiver 31 from the communication pipe 32 is set at a value between 30 kg/h and 110 kg/h. As a result of this, preventing heat damage due to the heat given to the liquid receiver from the outside and securing the good bubble disappearing characteristic of the liquid refrigerant flowing out from the liquid receiver are mutually compatible, and thereby an improved refrigerant filling characteristic may be obtained.

    摘要: A refrigeration cycle device includes a double tube for exchanging heat between a high-pressure refrigerant to be decompressed by a decompressor and a low-pressure refrigerant to be drawn by a compressor. The decompressor controls a dryness and a superheat degree of an outlet side refrigerant flowing from an outlet of the low-pressure side heat exchanger to the double tube in accordance with a temperature of the outlet side refrigerant or a suction side refrigerant flowing from the double tube to a suction port of the compressor. Thus, the dryness of the outlet side refrigerant is equal to or larger than 0.9 and the superheat degree of the outlet side refrigerant is equal to or lower than 5° C.
