摘要: Respective divided segments of a collet are moved radially outward by moving an arbor axially. The respective divided segments thereby press an inner circumferential surface of a stator core of a stator from radially inside such that the stator is held coaxially by the collet. Next, shaping rollers are lowered so as to press an outer circumferential surface of the stator core. The stator is rotated by rotating the collet in that state. Thus, the inner circumferential surface of the stator core is compressed and plastically deformed so as to conform to the collet and the outer circumferential surface of the stator core is compressed and plastically deformed by the shaping rollers, correcting the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the stator core so as to be coaxial and so as to have a high degree of roundness.

摘要: Respective divided segments of a collet are moved radially outward by moving an arbor axially. The respective divided segments thereby press an inner circumferential surface of a stator core of a stator from radially inside such that the stator is held coaxially by the collet. Next, shaping rollers are lowered so as to press an outer circumferential surface of the stator core. The stator is rotated by rotating the collet in that state. Thus, the inner circumferential surface of the stator core is compressed and plastically deformed so as to conform to the collet and the outer circumferential surface of the stator core is compressed and plastically deformed by the shaping rollers, correcting the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the stator core so as to be coaxial and so as to have a high degree of roundness.

摘要: An alternator includes a stator having a stator core in which a plurality of slots are formed so as to line up in a circumferential direction on an inner peripheral wall surface, and a stator winding configured such that conducting wires are installed in the slots; and a rotor rotatably disposed inside the stator, having a field winding, a pair of pole cores each having a plurality of claw-shaped magnetic poles that alternately intermesh with each other disposed so as to cover the field winding, and a fan disposed on an axial end surface of at least one of the pole cores, air flows together with rotation of the rotor in stepped portions between teeth partitioning the slots, and an inclined portion bent in a circumferential direction of the stator is formed on at least one of the teeth on at least one end portion among first and second axial end portions of the teeth.

摘要: The present invention provides a dynamoelectric machine that suppresses the occurrence of insulation failure that accompanies oxidation of a stator core without lowering output, and that also suppresses stator temperature increases by transferring heat that is generated in a stator coil efficiently to a frame.A stator core is configured by laminating and integrating thin magnetic plates, and has an outer circumferential surface that has a cylindrical surface, and receiving grooves are formed on inner circumferences of openings of frames. The receiving grooves are constituted by: an annular axial surface that is constituted by a flat surface that is perpendicular to a central axis of the stator core; and a radial surface that is constituted by a cylindrical surface that is centered around the central axis. Metal surfaces of the thin magnetic plates at two axial ends of the stator core are held between each of the axial surfaces of the pair of frames in a state of close contact around an entire circumference.

摘要: A stator of a rotating electric machine includes a stator core, multiple pairs of coils and multiple leads. The stator core includes a laminated core assembly formed by laminating thin steel plates in a cylindrical form, the stator core having multiple slots at intervals along a circumferential direction. Each coil pair is made of two elongate conductors which are folded back outside axial end surfaces of the stator core and fitted into the slots such that the two conductors are disposed alternately in inner and outer layers in a slot depth direction at intervals of a fixed number of slots. The multiple leads for connecting the coil pairs to an external electric circuit are arranged in at least one group and the leads of the same group extend from positions of those slots which are located adjacent to one another along the circumferential direction.

摘要: A core assembly is manufactured by punching core segments at a predetermined pitch in a short-side direction thereof with long sides aligned in a width direction of a rolled steel plate, the long sides of the core segments having lengths that are half a length of a long side of the core assembly; preparing four (two first and two second) laminated core sections by aligning punching directions of the core segments and laminating the core segments to a thickness that is half a laminated thickness of the core assembly; preparing two core subassemblies by inverting the second laminated core sections and laminating them onto the first laminated core sections such that the punching directions of the core segments are in opposite directions; and preparing the core assembly by arranging the two core subassemblies in a longitudinal direction and integrating them by joining.
