    摘要： In order to suppress quick potential change on the surface of a process target when the shutter plate is opened and closed, when an ion beam IB from the ion source 10 is irradiated on a substrate 38 and the ion beam IB is neutralized by using neutralizing electrons e− generated by a microwave neutralizer 14, the shutter plate 62 shields the substrate 38 before and after the milling processing of the substrate 38, and the voltage of a power supply 34 is lowered when the shutter plate 62 is opened and closed so as to limit the amount of ion beam IB irradiation, thereby suppressing charge-up on the surface of the substrate 38.

    摘要： A highly stable crystal of (1S)-1,5-anhydro-1-[5-(4-{(1E)-4-[(1-{[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]amino}-2-methyl-1-oxopropan-2-yl)amino]-3,3-dimethyl-4-oxobut-1-en-1-yl}benzyl)-2-methoxy-4-(propan-2-yl)phenyl]-D-glucitol, and a process for producing the crystal are provided. Specifically, an ethanolate having the following physical properties, and a plurality of other crystal forms transformed from the ethanolate are provided: (a) Having peaks at 2θ=5.9 degrees, 17.1 degrees, 17.6 degrees and 21.5 degrees in X-ray powder diffraction (Cu—Kα); (b) Showing characteristic absorption bands at 3538 cm−1, 3357 cm−1, 2964 cm−1, 1673 cm−1, 1634 cm−1 and 1505 cm−1 in an infrared absorption spectrum; and (c) Having a melting point in a vicinity of 111° C.

The electronic device includes a fault detection unit; a data generating unit for generating, as data, the content of the detected fault; a data dividing unit for dividing the generated data into plural division data in the case where the data exceeds a predetermined capacity; a data compression unit for compressing each of the plural division data; an identification information adding unit for adding identification information to each of the plural compressed division data; and a data transmission unit for transmitting the plural compressed division data with the identification information. The information processing unit includes a data receiving unit for receiving the plural compressed division data, and a data restoration unit for restoring the plural compressed division data into original data based on the identification information.

    摘要： Provided is a linear motor actuator capable of eliminating an influence to be exerted onto linear guides (3) due to heat generated by a coil unit (50), sufficiently securing moving accuracy and positioning accuracy of a table plate (4) supported by the linear guides (3), and in addition, maintaining the accuracies over a long period of time. The linear motor actuator includes: a base plate (2) to be fixed to another mechanical apparatus; a plurality of linear guides (3) disposed parallel to each other on the base plate (2); a table plate (4), which is supported by the plurality of linear guides (3) and freely reciprocates above the base plate (2); a magnet unit (51) provided on the table plate (4); and a coil unit (50) provided on the base plate (2) so as to be opposed to the magnet unit (51) to form a linear motor (5). The base plate (2) and the table plate (4) are each made of a material having a coefficient of linear expansion of 11×10−6 (1/° C.) or less, and a difference is provided between the coefficients of linear expansion of the base plate (2) and the table plate (4).

The scraper is detachably attached to a lower surface of a knuckle which rotatably supports the wheel. The scraper includes an extending portion and a bent portion. The bent portion is formed by bending a lower end of the extending portion toward a front in terms of the vehicle body.
