摘要: An examination apparatus that observes a specimen in a stationary state while suppressing the blurring caused by a control delay. The apparatus includes a first optical system and a second optical system for imaging light produced in a specimen, a first image-acquisition unit with a plurality of first image-acquisition devices for detecting an image formed by the first optical system, a second image-acquisition unit with a second image-acquisition device for acquiring an image formed by the second optical system, and a driving unit that causes the images to be formed at the same position in the second image-acquisition unit. The value obtained by dividing the pixel size Y of the first image-acquisition devices by the magnification X of the first optical system is smaller than the value obtained by dividing the pixel size Y′ of the second image-acquisition device by the magnification X′ of the second optical system.

摘要: Without setting an examination site, it is possible to easily position an end face of a narrow-diameter end portion at a suitable position with respect to an examination target, allowing an image of the examination site to be acquired quickly and easily. The invention provides an objective-lens guiding device comprising a support portion secured to an objective lens having a narrow-diameter end portion; and a cylindrical portion for accommodating the narrow-diameter end portion. The support portion supports the cylindrical portion such that a front end of the cylindrical portion is disposed at a location farther toward the front than an end face of the narrow-diameter end portion, and so as to be capable of moving in an optical axis direction.

摘要: When an observation target in a membranous tissue such as an amniotic membrane filled with a liquid such as an amniotic fluid is observed, the observation is performed without leaking the liquid. There is provided an observation method of an observation target arranged in a membranous tissue filled with a body fluid, comprising: a step for coating a gel-like adhesive on the outer surface of the membranous tissue; a step for cutting the membranous tissue through the coated adhesive; a step for inserting the distal end of the objective unit through the adhesive and the open cut in the membranous tissue; and a step for observing the observation target through the inserted distal end of the objective unit.
