    摘要: An electrolyzed water production system has a brine storage tank, brine supply means for supplying the saturated brine from the storage tank for mixing with raw water supplied from a source of raw water and an electrolytic cell for producing electrolyzed water. An electric control circuit comprises detection means for detecting the conductivity of the diluted brine supplied to the electrolytic cell, and feedback control means for controlling operation of the brine supply means in such a manner that the conductivity of the diluted brine detected by the detection means is adjusted to a predetermined target value. The circuit also includes memory means for memorizing an amount of saturated brine mixed with the raw water in operation of the brine supply means under control of the feedback control means, and initial control means for controlling operation of the brine supply means in such a manner that a supply amount of saturated brine is adjusted on a basis of the instant amount of saturated brine memorized in the memory means during previous operation of the brine supply means under control of the feedback control means when the electrolytic cell is activated to start production of the electrolyzed water.

    摘要: An electrolyzed water production apparatus of the type which includes an electrolytic cell provided therein with a set of electrodes for producing electrolyzed water by electrolysis of brine, a water supply conduit for supply of the brine into the electrolytic cell, a discharge conduit for introducing the electrolyzed water into a storage tank, a controller box formed to contain therein an electric power source device and its accessory parts for applying DC voltage between the electrodes and an electric blower for cooling the power source device and its accessory parts, and a cabinet formed to contain the electrolytic cell, water supply conduit, discharge conduit and controller box, wherein the blower is arranged in the controller box to circulate cooling air in the interior of the cabinet through a water system composed of at least one of the electrolytic cell, water supply conduit and discharge conduit.

    摘要: Disclosed is a washing nozzle by which tableware 5 positioned at blind spots in a rack 6 can be effectively washed without disturbing the tableware. In the washing nozzle A, a support part 22 is formed at a central position of the washing nozzle A and arm portions 23 are formed on both sides of the support part 22. Extended portions 24 are formed at each end of the arm portions 23. Further, jetting holes 29A having substantially the same size as those of jetting nozzles 27, 28 opened on the arm portions 23 are dispersedly opened over each entire area of the extended portions 24. Thereby, a quantity of the wash water jetted from the jetting holes 29A to the tableware 5 can be totally increased, while the jetting force of the wash water jetted from the jetting holes 29A does not become so strong. Therefore, the wash water can be uniformly jetted to the tableware 5 set in four corners of the rack 6 without occurrence the blind spots, and wash unevenness can be avoided. Further, it can prevent the tableware 5 from being upset and disturbed in the rack 6 by the wash water jetted from the jetting holes 29A on the extended portions 24.
