    摘要: A valve installation surface of a manifold base includes an installation surface on which a main valve and two pilot valves and are installed, separate from each other. The manifold base includes a supply channel, ejection channels and an output port that opens to a front end surface, all opening to the main valve installation surface. One end of pilot supply passages and communicates with pilot supply and ejection channels and, respectively. The other ends of pilot ejection passages and are open to the pilot valve installation surface. One end of pilot output passages and opens to the pilot valve installation surface, while the other ends are open to the main valve installation surface. A manifold base may also include a waterproof cover that covers the pilot valves and the energization system, extending from the feeding line to the pilot valve. The main valve may be a single or double solenoid.

    摘要: A pipe joint is provided wherein quick joints assembly are installable in two ports and in a fluid pressure apparatus such as a solenoid transfer valve as in the prior art, while joints with a female thread are interchangeable with the guide joints so as not to rotate even when male screw members for piping are screwed in. The quick joints and the joints with a female thread are interchangeably installed in a fluid pressure apparatus in which two ports are switched and supplied with a pressurized fluid. Although the quick joints and the joints with a female thread can be installed as in the prior art, the joints with a female thread are integrally connected and fixed between the quick joints and the joints with a female thread via a connection member so as not to rotate even when male screw members for piping are screwed in.

To achieve this, an object to be detected 21 is formed on the end face adjacent to a breathing chamber 9, of a piston 2a; there is formed a recess 22 in which the object to be detected 21 is fit and which is disposed in the wall surface of the breathing chamber 9, in a casing 4; and an optical sensor 25 is mounted on a position facing the recess 22 in the casing 4 for projecting and receiving light relative to the object to be detected 21 through a through hole 23, whereby operating positions of the piston 12a, or the spool 6 are detected based on the light reflected from the object to be detected 21.

    摘要: The present invention aims to provide a directional control valve excellent in the detecting accuracy and the operational stability and having a position detecting function, wherein the magnet is prevented from directly contacting hydraulic fluid so as not to be affected by the hydraulic fluid. To achieve this, a magnet 21 is installed on an end portion of the valve member 6 received in the valve hole 5 so as to be situated at a position which is adjacent to a breathing chamber 9 and which is more exterior than an end sealing member 8 which shuts off the breathing chambers from the hydraulic fluid passages, and also a magnetic sensor 22 is installed at a position opposite to the magnet 21, in a casing 4, whereby the magnetic sensor 22 detects the magnetic flux density when the magnet 21 moves together with a spool 6, and detects all operating positions of the spool 6 during a stroke, from the change in the magnetic flux density.
