The constrictions to impart flexibility are provided on the outside of the center of the band width of the sealing ring. The ring is of a greater axial thickness on a radially inner side thereof than at the constrictions so as to be firmly fitted in a groove of the spool.

In a solenoid for a solenoid valve, a pole face is formed on an end wall portion of a magnetic case which covers a bobbin around which a coil is wound, thereby allowing the end wall portion to function as a stationary core, an end surface of a moving core inserted in center holes of the bobbin and the magnetic plate is set opposed to the pole face, and the moving core is adsorbed by the end wall portion by energizing the coil.

In an electromagnetic valve, an end cover 30 for closing a hole end 21e of a valve hole 21a formed in a valve body 21 is constituted by a lid plate 31, a plurality of arm pieces 31a provided so as to extend from a peripheral edge of the lid plate 31, engagement resilient pieces 32 provided on a side of an inner face of the lid plate 31 from the arm pieces 31a in a standing manner, respectively, and which are formed at their distal end portions with engagement claws 33 expanding in a taper shape, and a fitting cylindrical portion 34 which is provided in a projecting manner on an inner face of the lid plate 31 such that its height from the inner face is lower than those of the engagement resilient pieces 32 and which is disposed on its outer periphery with a seal member 25, the fitting cylindrical portion 34 is tightly fitted into the hole end 21e opened in the valve body 21, and the engagement claws 33 are engaged with stepped portions 21c in engagement grooves 21b provided in a recessed manner in the vicinity of the hole end 21e of the valve body 21.

Further, a relation of d=(0.4 to 0.8) W is formed between a winding outer diameter W on a shorter axis or side of a coil 7 wound around the bobbin 4 and having an elliptic or rectangular cross section and a diameter “d” of virtual cylindrical iron core having the same cross sectional area as a coil inside cross sectional area S. Further, a ratio of a length “a” of a longer axis or side to a length “b” of the shorter axis or side is set to a range of 1.3≦a/b≦3.0 in the cross section of the stationary iron core 5 and the moving iron core 6.

    摘要: Simple adaptation to change in the number of terminals in a serial unit or the like is made possible in controlling a plurality of solenoid valves by a solenoid valve manifold. An electric circuit section of a connected manifold block 2 having solenoid valves 1 mounted thereon is constructed by electrically connecting, with a wiring on a printed wiring board 34, a multiple-pole male connector 35 disposed on one connecting surface of the manifold block, a multiple-pole female connector 36 disposed on the other connecting surface, and an electric power supplying connector 37 connected to an electric power receiving connector 14 of the solenoid valves. The wiring on the printed wiring board 34 is constructed in such a manner that terminals of the multiple-pole male connector 35 that send driving signals to respective solenoid valves are connected to terminals of the female connector 36 by shifting the driving signals thereof sequentially to terminals on the electric power supplying connector 37 side; the terminal on the utmost end of the shifted side is connected to the electric power supplying connector 37; and a common terminal 57 is disposed at the end of the aforesaid electric power supplying connector side.

The water hammer preventing mechanism comprises a piston drive chamber, from which fluid is discharged during valve-closing operation, which has an orifice for restricting the flow rate of discharge fluid whereby when the piston moves to a position to allow the valve member to be close to a valve seat, a portion of an discharge flow passage of the piston drive chamber is blocked to restrict the flow rate of the discharge fluid to the flow rate of fluid flowing through the orifice.
