摘要: A static magnetic refrigerator comprising a magnet generating a high-intensity magnetic field, a magnetic working material disposed in the high-intensity magnetic field, a magnetic shield disposed between the magnet and the magnetic working material, and a rotating means for rotating the magnetic shield, the magnetic shield comprising a pair of nearly parallel flat plates or a pair of outwardly curved plates facing each other and made of a superconductor, and the magnetic working material is accommodated in the inner space form by the pair of the flat or curved plates, whereby a magnetization process wherein the magnetic working material is magnetized in the high-intensity magnetic field by way of rotating the magnetic shield at a position allowing the permeation of the magnetic field through the magnetic working material via the pair of the flat or curved plates and a demagnetization process wherein the magnetic working material is demagnetized by way of further rotating the superconducting magnetic shield at another position permitting the shield of the magnetic field via the pair of the flat or curved plates are repeated by the rotating means so that the magnetic working material generates coldness.

摘要: A large-area superconductor magnetic shield comprising a plurality of small superconductor unit layers stuck onto the surface of a large-area substrate, wherein the external peripheral sections of the adjacent unit layers are overlapped mutually or the end sections of the adjacent unit layers are abutted mutually such that the adjacent unit layers do not make contact with one another. Compared with conventional magnetic shields, the magnetic shielding amount at the overlapping sections of the magnetic shield of the present invention is substantially greater.

摘要: A magnetic refrigerator comprising a magnet generating a high-intensity magnetic field, a tube-shaped superconducting magnetic shield, a magnetic working material and a reciprocating means for reciprocatively moving the superconducting magnetic shield or the magnetic working material, the magnetic refrigerator being arranged such that a magnetization process wherein the magnetic working material is magnetized in the high-intensity magnetic field and a demagnetization process wherein the magnetic working material is demagnetized by being accommodated in the hollow section of the magnetic shield are repeated by the reciprocating means so that the magnetic working material generates coldness.By using the property of a tube-shaped superconductor which can shield the magnetism of an external magnetic field passing through the hollow section of the tube and can generate a zero-intensity magnetic field in the hollow section, the magnetic working material magnetized in the high-intensity magnetic field generated by the magnet is inserted into the hollow section of the tube-shaped superconducting shield and is demagnetized in an adiabatic condition to generate coldness. This coldness is used to cool the target cold bath.

摘要: A gas-insulated bushing including an insulating tube filled with an insulating gas, a central conductor centrally arranged within the insulating tube, and a capacitor unit connected to the central conductor and partitioning the interior of the insulating tube. The central conductor has an intermediate constriction to which the capacitor unit is connected and is formed of two connected conductor parts, at least one of which is terminally restricted to form the constriction. A pair of flanges is secured to the ends of respective of the conductor parts and connects the conductor parts at the constriction. A shield member is supported on one of the flanges and spaced apart from the conductor parts at the constriction in order to relieve the electric field at the constriction.

摘要: A grain oriented electrical steel sheet comprises metal part containing Si: about 2.5 to about 5.0 mass % and Cr: about 0.05 to about 1.0 mass %, and an insulation coating formed on a surface of the metal part. A tension imparted to the metal part in the rolling direction by the insulation coating is not smaller than about 3.0 MPa. Magnetic flux density B8 satisfies a specific relation formula. A plurality of linear strains or grooves are formed in a surface of the steel sheet and linearly extended at an angle of not larger than about 45° (in each direction) relative to a direction perpendicular to a rolling direction such that an interval D of the linear strains or grooves satisfies a specific relation formula depending on the Cr content. A grain oriented electrical steel sheet is thereby obtained which has lower iron loss after domain refining treatment than conventional values. In the production process for the steel sheet of the invention, parameters such as annealing temperature in annealing before final cold rolling are controlled.

摘要: A grain oriented electrical steel sheet (1) suppresses the content of Cr in the grain oriented electrical steel sheet to 0.1 mass % or less; (2) sets the coating weight of a forsterite coating, in terms of basis weight of oxygen therein, to at least 3.0 g/m2 and thickness of an anchor portion as a lower portion of forsterite coating to 1.5 μm or less; and (3) controls setting the magnitude of deflection of a test specimen having length: 280 mm to at least 10mm when the forsterite coating is provided on only one surface thereof and at least 20 mm when forsterite coating and the tension coating are provided on the surface.
