    摘要: An intelligent information retrieval program generation system can easily generate an intelligent information retrieval program that is applicable to a wide-area information network such as the Internet. When questions to be used as criteria for determining conclusions, answer alternatives to the questions, and information of conclusions are inputted, a table defining unit defines a conclusion determining table which comprises answer alternatives to each of the questions and conclusions. A knowledge establishing unit displays the conclusion determining table on a display screen, receives inputted answer conditions for the conclusions to be selected, and establishes the answer conditions in the conclusion determining table. A retrieval program generator generates an intelligent information retrieval program for decoding the conclusion determining table in which the knowledge has been established, displaying questions, receiving answers to the questions, and determining conclusions depending on the answers. The retrieval program generator further generates a document containing the intelligent information retrieval program by incorporating the generated intelligent information retrieval program into a document description language in the form of a hypertext.

    摘要: The present invention relates to the creating of an aircrew flight scheduling pattern as a time series pattern, and aims at facilitating the effective crew flight scheduling pattern creation by applying a genetic algorithm. A plurality of flight strings are created based on link relations among flights regarded as elements for one day which is defined as a first time span. A genetic algorithm is executed for each flight string, and daily crew flight scheduling patterns are created based on the most suitable evaluation value flight strings. For one month which is defined as a second time span, a monthly crew flight scheduling pattern is created based on the most suitable evaluation value daily pattern strings in the same way by regarding the daily crew flight patterns for 30 days as elements.

    摘要: An S/N ratio measuring method of a video signal which is suitable for the formation of an IC and can precisely detect a fluctuation of an S/N ratio of a video signal at high response speed while suppressing the total cost and a system based on this method. In operation, a composite video signal is received, a noise density in a predetermined period of the composite video signal is detected, and an S/N ratio of a video signal included in the composite video signal is recognized basis on the detected noise density. The S/N ratio measuring system has a demodulator for demodulating the composite video signal from the reception signal and a counter for counting noises which are generated in a predetermined period of time of the composite video signal and recognizes the S/N ratio of the video signal included in the composite video signal based on a count value obtained.

    摘要: An orthogonal signal from a modulated signal of the digital terrestrial broadcast is produced. Then, an adder carrier-combines the orthogonal signal and an interpolated signal into an interpolated orthogonal signal, which is in turn demodulated by a DQPSK demodulation section. A demodulated signal is produced from a modulated signal of the digital satellite broadcast. A transmission path coding section produces transport stream data. A DQPSK mapping section re-demodulates the transport stream data to produce an orthogonal signal. A sync detection section asynchronously detects a demodulated signal demodulated by the DQPSK demodulation section and a demodulated signal produced by a time deinterleave section in the transmission path coding section. The detected time difference is set as a delay time of a delay circuit so as to delay the orthogonal signal, thereby producing the interpolated signal to be carrier-combined by the adder in order to provide improved reception quality.

    摘要: A first annular frame is formed on the bottom surface of an engine cover. A mount rubber of columnar shape is inserted into the first annular frame. Projections of the mount rubber are fitted into holes of the first annular frame. A through hole is formed in the mount rubber. An engagement projection is formed on the inner surface of the through hole. An adapter has a small-diameter part formed in the vicinity of the top end and a predetermined distance away from the top end toward the root thereof. The adapter has a flange formed below the smaller-diameter part. The top end part of the adapter is inserted into the through hole of the mount rubber to fit the engagement projection into the small-diameter part and bring the flange into abutment on the bottom surface of the mount rubber.

    摘要: Two of set antennas are selected by a selecting unit, and transmission signals output from the two antennas are demodulated individually and combined. Moreover, quality levels of the transmission signals output from the antennas are detected by a detecting unit. When the quality level of the transmission signal output from at least either one of the antennas is lower than a predetermined level, a control unit selects two antennas from among the three or more antennas based on the quality levels of the transmission signals output from the antennas. Consequently, when the quality level of the transmission signal output from a selected antenna falls below the predetermined level, optimum antennas can be selected based on the detected quality levels of the transmission signals with an improvement to the reception quality. Thus, a receiver which selects optimum antennas while minimizing the number of times of antenna switching can be provided.

    摘要: A method for amending a defective mask pattern of a photomask. A pattern component of a normal mask pattern having the same pattern layout as that of the defective mask pattern to be amended is irradiated by a spotlight. The shape of the spotlight is aligned with the shape of the pattern component which is the same pattern as the component of the defective mask pattern to be amended. At least one base mark is aligned with at least another pattern component near the irradiated portion. Then, the position of the base mark relative to the position of the irradiated portion is fixed. After that, the normal mask pattern is replaced by the defective mask pattern. The base mark is aligned with a pattern component near the defective pattern component in the same manner as the alignment of the normal mask pattern. After that, the spotlight irradiates the defective mask pattern, the luminous intensity of said spotlight being intensified so that it can amend the defective pattern component.
